The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

Quantification by densitometry at 302 nm, or by photometry at 302 nm after extraction from the plate with methanol - 0.1 N hydrochloric acid. Comparison of the method with HPLC and PC.

Quantification by densitometry: underivatized substances by absorbance at 218 nm or, after derivatization by 60 minutes HCl exposure followed by heating 30 minutes at 120 °C, by fluorescence at 366/>400 nm.

Indian Drugs 31 (11), (1994). HPTLC on silica with methanol - water 2:1 after saturation for 1 h. Quantification by densitometry at 302 nm. Also preparative TLC on silica, activated at 110°C for 30 min, with the same mobile phase. Spectrophotometry after elution with methanol at 302 nm. Recovery 99.42%.
