The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Sample preparation by acid hydrolysis followed by solid phase extraction (Extrelut); reduction of the nitro group by TiCl3. Chromatography on silica with chloroform - acetone - NH3 60:30:5, post chromatographic derivatization with Bratton-Marshall reagent; detection limit 100-150 ng/mL urine. Advantages over GC/MS: less interference by large concentrations of other drugs; low time requirement.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 25, 353-354, 376 (1994). TLC of arteannuin on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 85:5. Detection by spraying with a solution containing 0.25 g dimethylbenzaldehyde, 3 mL 85 % phosphoric acid, 48 mL acetic acid and 20 mL water, and heating at 80 °C for 30 min. Quantification by densitometry at 580 nm.
