The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

J. Chromatogr. A 721, 369-372 (1996). TLC of (±)-ibuprofen on silica impregnated with optically pure L-arginine (0.5 %) as the chiral selector, with acetonitrile - methanol - water 5:1:1. Detection by spraying with HCl and heating for 15 min, and with 0.2 % ninhydrin in acetone. Detection limit 0.1 µg.

J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 21, 348-350 (1996). TLC on polyamide with acetic acid, and on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 conc. 17:2:1. Detection 1) under UV, 2) by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate reagent and sodium nitrite. Quantification of baicalin by densitometry at 282 nm. Also HPLC method.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 21, 548-549 (1996). TLC on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 7:1:2. Quantification by densitometry at 265 nm. Discussion of differences in measurements at different modes. Precision 2.1% (n=5). Recovery 98.8 ± 3.8% (n=6).
J. Chromatogr. B 694, 246-251 (1997). TLC on silica with hexane - acetone - decane - methanol 59:30:10:1. Detection under UV 340 - 380 nm. Detection limit < 40 ng/g of wet drug.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 22, 355-356 (1997). TLC on silica with 1) chloroform - methanol - water 13:7:2, 2) ethyl acetate - butanone - formic acid - water 5:3:1:1, 3) cyclohexane - chloroform - ethyl acetate - formic acid 20:50:8:1. Detection by spraying 1) with 1.02 mol/L sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105°C for 5 min, 2) spraying with 0.08 mol/L FeCl3 in ethanol. Quantification of astragaloside by densitometry at 400 nm. Precision 3.8% (n=5), recovery 96.7 ± 4.8% (n=4).
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 19 (11), 13-15 (1997). TLC on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - diethylamine 6:4:1. Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 505 nm. Precision 3.2% (n=5), recovery 98.5% ± 1.8% (n=5).
J. Chinese Herb. Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 28, 723-725 (1997). TLC on silica gel by double development with hexane - ethyl acetate - ether - formic acid 100:80:20:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Precision within plate 1.92% (n=5), plate-to-plate 2.64% (n=5). Recovery 98.10 ± 2.25% (n=5).
