Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Lipids 17, 107-110 (1982). TLC of glycolipids (glucocerebromide, lactosyl ceramide, globotriosyl ceramide, gangliotriosyl ceramide, globoside I, asialo-GM1) on silica with chloroform methanol - 0.2 % aq. CaCl2 55:45:10. Detection with anthrone-sulfuric acid reagent.
Planta 175, 412-416 (1988). TLC of monosaccharides on cellulose with butan-1-ol - acetic acid - water 3:1:1, dried and redeveloped in the same dimension in ethyl acetate - pyridine - water 10:4:3. Spraying with aniline hydrogen phthalate, densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 51-54 (1993). Quantitative HPTLC of 11 sugars on silica impregnated by spraying with 0.1 M sodium bisulfite solution and - after drying in air for 10 min - with pH 4.8 citrate buffer. Development with acetonitrile - deionized water 85:15 (3 x). Detection by spraying with a-naphthol - sulfuric acid and heating for 5 min at 110 °C. Quantification of glucose and trehalose by densitometry in reflectance mode at 515 nm. A comparative study of a variety of chromatographic systems and detection reagents was made in order to determine the optimum conditions for the analysis.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 46, 431-437 (1998). TLC of transglycosylation products (i.a. glucose, cellobiose, cellotriose, methyl glucoside, ethyl glucoside) on silica gel with 2-propanol - acetic acid - water 7:1:2. Detection of sugars at 120°C after spraying with 10% sulfuric acid.
CBS 84, 4-7 (2000) HPTLC-AMD of raffinose, sucrose, 1+6-kestoses, neo-kestose, nystose, and fructosyl-nystose on diol layer with a 9-step gradient from acetonitrile/acetone 1:1 - water 85:15 to acetonitrile/acetone 1:1 - water 95:5. Detection by dipping in 4-aminobenzoic acid reagent, followed by heating at 115 °C for 15 min. Quantitative determination by fluorescence measurement at 366/>400 nm and absorbance measurement at 400 nm.
