The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Quantitative HPTLC of 11 sugars on silica impregnated by spraying with 0.1 M sodium bisulfite solution and - after drying in air for 10 min - with pH 4.8 citrate buffer. Development with acetonitrile - deionized water 85:15 (3 x). Detection by spraying with a-naphthol - sulfuric acid and heating for 5 min at 110 °C. Quantification of glucose and trehalose by densitometry in reflectance mode at 515 nm. A comparative study of a variety of chromatographic systems and detection reagents was made in order to determine the optimum conditions for the analysis.

Quantitative determination by fluorescence measurement at 366/>400 nm and absorbance measurement at 400 nm.
