The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Qualitative determination at UV 254 nm. Molecular descriptors were calculated to examine the behavior towards the blood-brain barriers.

Chromatographia 20, 417-420 (1985). TLC of etioporphyrin and its vanadyl, nickel and copper complexes on cellulose, silica and octyl-bonded silica with various organic solvents. Complete separation of the 4 compounds on octyl-bonded silica with either methanol or acetone.
J. Chromatogr. 370, 281-292 (1986). Investigation of 29 coumarins, furocoumarins and pyranocoumarins by TLC on silanized silica - water - organic modifier Systems. Characterization of the physicochemical properties of the compounds by their hydrophobicity parameters (Pew). Quantification of the effect of individual substituents on retention by using the group contribution parameters (ARM).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 44-48 (1989). A novel way of predicting Rfs in adsorption TLC with binary mobile phases is presented. Good agreement observed between experimental and calculated Rf values.

Preadsorption of inorganic salts (LiCl, NaCl, KCl, CaCl2 and AgCl2) on silica. Investigation of the effect of the salts on the silanophilic effect, and elucidation of the role of the salt concentration, that of ion charge, and hydrated ion radii.
J. Chromatogr. 628, 148-152 (1993). TLC on silica with 15 solvent systems. Discussion of the influence of solvent systems on Rf values of the complexes, and the dependence of the Rf values on the number of carbon atoms in the hydrophobic part of the ligands. Also discussion of the separation mechanism.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 327-328 (1994). Partition chromatography on kieselguhr impregnated with paraffin oil with mixtures of methanol - water and of acetonitrile - water. Adsorption chromatography on silica with benzene - methanol 9:1. Visualization with 0.005% new fuchsine in water. Calculation of hydrophobicity from Rfs in the different systems.
