      Retention behavior and molecular structure parameters of diethanolamine isomers in some reversed phase HPTLC systems

Visualization with 2,2-dihydroxyindan-1,3-dione solution (0.4 g in butanol - acetic acid 100:1) and heating at 80° for 180 min.

      Salting-out thin-layer chromatography of some angiotensin converting ensume inhibitors on different sorbents

      Chromatographia 53 (Sup.), S-442 - S-444 (2001). Study of the chromatographic behavior of six antihypertensive drugs from the class of ACE inhibitors under conditions of salting-out. TLC on silica gel, cellulose and polyacrylonitrile (PANS) as sorbents, and with different concentrations of aqueous ammonium sulfate solution as solvents. It was established that in all cases studied hRf values decrease with increasing salt concentration in the solvent systems used. A linear relationship of the corresponding RM values and ammonium sulfate content in the solvent was observed. Proposal of a separation mechanism based on hydrophobic interaction between the sorbent and sorbens.

      Substituent effects in RPTLC

      Chromatography the State of Art, Vol. II, Akademiai Kiado, Budapest 1985, 751-757 RM values of 36 quaternary ammonium steroids were determined by reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography. The RM values of these compounds, deviating from the general role, do not change linearly with the organic solvent ratio of the eluent. TLC on silica impregnated with 5 % paraffin oil in hexane with dioxane - water 7:3, 8:2, 9:1. Detection with iodine vapor.
