Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 452-457 (1992). Investigation of a new model of solute retention in chromatographic systems with multicomponent mobile phases (T. Kowalska, Fat. Sci. Technol. 90 (1988) 259-263) by adsorption TLC on silica with 2-propanol - hexane in different ratios. The practical suitability of the approach has been demonstrated.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 13, 48-51 (2000). Use of the thermoanalytical methods TG, DTG, and DTA for the study of chemically modified stationary phases (amino-, mercapto-, n-octyl-, n-octadecyl-organosilicon modifications). Thermal analysis gives quantitative information about the water and organic content of the phases studied. TG, DTG, and DTA can be regarded as useful techniques for supplementary study of the chemically modified stationary phases used in TLC.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 33, 297-304 (2010). Retention in normal phase liquid chromatographic was quantitatively analyzed in silico using as samples sleeping medicines in acidic, basic, and neutral organic solvent mixtures. Hydrogen bonding is the major contribution in the retention that was supported by a high correlation coefficient between log k and hydrogen bonding energy values calculated using a molecuar mechanics program. TLC on silica gel with chloroform - acetone 9:1, benzene - acetic acid 9:1 and dioxane - benzene - aqueous ammonium hydroxide 20:75:4.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 37, 2021-2035 (2014). HPTLC of thirteen 5-arylidene-2,4-thiazolidinediones on RP-18 with one of six organic solvents: acetonitrile (with increasing acetonitrile content from 55% to 75%), methanol (60–90%), ethanol (40–70%), propanol (35–55%), acetone (55–75%), and dioxane (50–70%) with each modifier in increasing steps of 5%. A quantitative structure-retention relationship study allowed to investigate the retention behavior of these substances.
chromatography of tropane alkaloids from Datura innoxia Mill extract in pseudo-reversed-phase systems
J. Planar Chromatogr. 29, 38-44 (2016). HPTLC of tropane alkaloids (atropine sulfate, homoatropine, L-hyoscyamine, scopolamine hydrobromide, tropine and scopolamine oxide) in Datura innoxia Mill. on silica gel with methanol – buffer pH=9 1:1. The electric field gradient for the electrochromatography was 1.2 kV/cm. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff reagent. The electrostatic field was referred to be an important factor in broadening the applicability of conventional TLC systems.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 31, 48-56 (2018). HPTLC of _x000D_7 derivatives of 2-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles A) on silica gel with n-hexane ‒ toluene ‒ acetone 1:1:1 and B) on RP-18 with water – methanol or water – acetone. Changes of retention of chosen compounds were evaluated using perpendicular magnetic field with an inductivity of 0.44 T. Detection under UV 366 nm.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 9, 1919-1931 (1986). TLC of 21 amino acids on different sorbents impregnated with paraffin oil with water as eluent. Comparison of retention behaviour of different supports - determination of lipophilicity of amino acids by RP TLC using silica gel, alumina, cellulose, Kieselguhr and their mixtures.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 9, 1837-1847 (1986). Presentation of general dependence of the capacity ratio on the composition of the multicomponent mobile phase and consideration of the effects connected with difference of molecular sizes of solutes and solvents. A simple linear dependence for the binary mobile phase is proposed and tested on experimental data
