Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Part XV. J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 61-63 (1998). Separation of 16 isomeric methylanilines and chloroanilines by TLC on silica gel and on silica gel impregnated with manganese salts and correlation of the pKa values of the compounds with RM values and with the numerical values of topological indexes. Most accurate prediction of the pKa values of the aniline derivatives investigated was achieved by use of biparametric equations employing RM values and the topological indexes °B or 'B. - TLC of aniline derivatives on 1. silica gel with benzene - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 6:3:1; 2. on silica gel impregnated with a 10% aqueous solution of Mn(C2H3O2)?4 H2O with the a.m. eluent. Detection by spraying with 4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde solution.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 25 (7), 538-540 (2004). TLC on silica gel with 1) petroleum ether - ethyl acetate - butanone - methanol - water 15:25:3:7:1; 2) petroleum ether - ethyl acetate - formic acid 15:5:1. Detection 1) under UV light, 2) by spraying with 5 % potassium iodobismuthate solution and heating at 105 ºC for 5 min. Identification by finger print technique. Quantification of betaine by densitometry at 514 nm.
Part I. Nicotinic acid and its amides. J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 30, 2317-2327 (2007). TLC and HPTLC of nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, N-methylnicotinamide, and N,N-diethylnicotinamide on RP-18 with methanol - water 3:7, and dioxane - water 1:4 and 1:9. The best separation was achieved on alumina with acetone - n-hexane 1:1. Detection under UV light at 254 nm. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm.
European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry 45, 3719-3725 (2010). TLC of sulpiride and mebeverine hydrochloride on silica gel with absolute ethanol - methylene chloride - triethylamine 35:15:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 221 nm. The method was linear in the range of 0.4-1.4 µg/band for sulpiride and 0.2-1.6 µg/band for mebeverine hydrochloride. The recovery was 100.4-101.0 %. The hRf value of sulpiride was 42 and of mebeverine hydrochloride 62. The results obtained by this TLC method were comparable with those by HPLC.
