Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chromatographia 68 (9-10), 855-859 (2008). HPTLC of moclobemide on silica gel with benzene – methanol – 40 % ammonia 70:30:1. Quantification by absorbance measurement at 238 nm. The degradation products reached under acidic, basic, and oxidising conditions were well resolved from the pure drug. Linearity was in the range of 50–600 ng/band, with a determination coefficient r2 of 0.9967 ± 0.51. LOD and LOQ, determined experimentally, were 10 and 30 ng/band, respectively. The method was used to investigate the kinetics of alkaline degradation, the Arrhenius plot was constructed and the activation energy calculated.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 24, 412-418 (2011). HPTLC of milnacipran hydrochloride on silica gel, prewashed with methanol, with chloroform - methanol - ammonia 64:25:2 in a twin-trough chamber saturated for 20 min. Detection under UV light at 245 and 366 nm. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 220 nm. The hRf value of milnacipran was 45. Linearity was between 500 and 6000 ng/zone. The method precision, intra-day precision, inter-day precision, and different analyst precision (n = 6 each, %RSD), was 1.2, 1.9, 1.6, and 1.9 %, respectively. The mean recovery (n = 3) was 99.2-99.8 % with a % RSD between 0.6-1.7 %.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 29, 394-396 (2016). HPTLC of 1-(8-bromobenzo[1,2-b;4,5-b′]difuran-4-yl)-2-aminopropane, popularly known as Bromo-DragonFLY on silica gel with methanol – ammonia 200:3. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 281 nm. The hRF value for Bromo-DragonFLY was 50. Linearity was between 6 and 75 μg/zone. The intermediate precisions were below 4.3 % (n=3). The LOD and LOQ were 2.1 and 6.3 μg/zone, respectively. Average recovery was 94.5 %.

Detection by fluorescence quenching, or by spraying with a fluorescamine solution, and scanning by fluorescence at 366/>400 nm. Detection limit 0.32 ng. Limit of quantification, 4 µg/kg for milk and meat samples.
