Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 33, 1055-1060 (1985). TLC separation of 4-chloroaniline / lignin conjugates and chloraniline compounds on silica with benzene - dioxane - acetic acid 90:25:4 and hexane - benzene - acetone 7:3:1. Detection by UV and radioactivity. Quantification via radiochromatography.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 15-17 (2009). HPTLC of biogenic amines (spermidine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, and tyramine) on silica gel (with concentration zone) in a twin trough chamber saturated for at least 1 h with acetone - ammonia 19:1. Detection by heating at 75 °C for 2 min, followed by spraying with ninhydrin reagent (300 mg ninhydrin in 100 mL n-butanol - glacial acetic acid 97:3) and again heating at 75 °C for 2 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 410 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 24, 140-144 (2011). HPTLC of sertraline hydrochloride on silica gel, prewashed with methanol, with toluene - ethyl actate - ethanol - ammonia 80:20:95:1 in a twin-trough chamber saturated for 30 min at 25 +/- 2 °C. The hRf value was 33. Quantitative determination by densitometry in absorbance mode at 273 nm. The linearity was in the range of 2-12 µg (r² = 0.9996). The intra-day and inter-day precision for sertralin hydrochloride standard was 0.6, 0.4, 0.3 % and 0.8, 0.4, 0.2 %, respectively; for sertraline hydrochloride in commercial tablets 0.6, 0.2, 0.1 % and 0.6, 0.3, 0.2 %, respectively. The LOD was 670 ng/band and the LOQ 710 ng/band.
