The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Detection by spraying with ninhydrin solution, followed by immediate heating for 10 min at 110°C. Quantification by densitometry at 520 nm. Simple, rapid TLC method for accurate and precise quantification of histamine in wine at concentrations above 20 ppm without sample preparation, extraction, clean-up etc.

      Development of HPTLC method for the estimation of metoprolol succinate in bulk and in tablet dosage form

Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 274 nm. The hRf value was 40. The method was linear in the range of 5-10 ng/spot. The limit of detection and quantification was 430 ng/spot and 1310 ng/spot respectively. The method was suitable for routine quality control.

Comparison of the results with those obtained by HPLC; both were found in good agreement.
