Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 81-82 (1990). TLC of putrescine, spermidine, spermine and histamine (as hydrochlorides) on alumina with chloroform - triethylamine 4:1 as optimum system. Prechromatographic in situ derivatization of the samples; dansylation after addition of a saturated aqueous solution of Na2CO3 with 100 µL of dansylchloride in acetone (2.7 mg/mL). Detection and evaluation by densitometry. Easy and reproducible TLC method with high sensitivity for histamine determination.
J. Chromatogr. B 705, 269-275 (1998). TLC of oleyl anilide from a mixture of oleic acid and aniline on silica gel with 1) petroleum ether - ether - acetic acid 75:5:1, 2) hexane - ether - methanol - acetic acid 90:20:5:2, 3) petroleum ether - ethyl acetate 4:1 containing 1% NH3. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor. Quantitation by HPLC.
Asian J. Chem. 20(7), 5409 - 5413 (2008). HPTLC of atomoxetine HCl on silica gel with acetonitrile - acetic acid 9:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 269 nm. The method was linear in the range of 100-1000 µg/mL. The recovery was 99.8 %. The method was suitable for routine analysis of atomoxetine HCl in its pharmaceutical preparations.
62nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Abstract No. F-253 (2010). TLC of ambroxol hydrochloride and doxophylline on silica gel with n-butanol – toluene – ethyl acetate – 25 % ammonia 50:30:20:1. The hRf values were 36 and 45 for doxophylline and ambroxol, respectively. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 258 nm. The method was linear in the range of 300-1100 ng/band for ambroxol and 100-1100 ng/band for doxophylline.
Food Control. 68, 220-228 (2016). HPTLC of biogenic amines (putrescine, histamine, tyramine and agmatine) in microbial cultures on silica gel with chloroform – benzene – triethylamine 12:9:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm.
Planta 175, 82-90 (1988). TLC of senecionine N-oxide, senecionine, agmatine, arginine, spermine, spermidine, ornithine, putrescine, citrulline and polyamines on silica with chloroform - methanol - 25% NH3 - pentane 82:14:2. 6:20 and acetone - methanol - 25% NH3 40:30:20. Detection under UV 254nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 319-322 (1991). TLC of 15 aromatic amines on silica, alumina and cellulose with numerous solvents in different compositions. 0.1% aqueous solutions of sodium chloride or hydrochloric acid are considered as excellent eluents for achieving selective separation of diphenylamine or carbazole from indole. Detection i.a. by spraying with 1% ethanolic solution of dimethylaminobenzaldehyde containing 15-20 mL conc. sulfuric acid.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 10, 59-60 (1997). OPLC of biogenic amines (i.e. histamine, spermine, spermidine, putrescine, cadaverine, tyramine) on silica with dichloromethane - ethyl acetate 93:7. Quantification by densitometry at 313 nm.
