The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications

J. of Natural Products 51, 504-508 (1988). TLC of cucurbitacin B on silica and silica PF254 with ethyl acetate - methanol - water 10:1:3 (upper layer) and chloroform - methanol 11:0.4. Detection with VAP reagent (2% ethanol solution of vanillin, 85% o-phosphoric acid and ethanol 1:2:8) and heating for 10 min. at 120°C, examination under UV 365 nm.
J. of Natural Products 51, 567- 571 (1988). TLC of ascochalasin on silica with chloroform - isopropanol 93:7. Visualization under UV and/or by spraying first with 10% sulfuric acid in methanol, then with 3% phosphomolybdic acid in methanol and heating for 5 min. at 105°C. Final purification on RP silica with acetonitrile - water 6:4.
Lipids 23, 22-27 (1988). TLC analysis of radiolabeled tissue and egg yolk by two dimensional TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - NH3 65:25:4 and 100:50:12. Separation of neutral lipids from radiolabeled samples on silica with hexane - ethyl ether - acetic acid 80:20:1. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor.

TLC of lupanin, spartein, cystisin, N-methyl cystisin and chamaetin on silica with chloroform - methanol - NH3 85:14:1, chloroform - methanol 8:2, cyclohexane - diethylamine 7:3, cyclohexane - dichloromethane - diethylamine 4:4:2 and toluene - acetone - ethanol - NH3 30:40:12:4.
I. Polyphenol substances in beer.) (Hungarian). Söripar, 37, 18-21 (1989). TLC on silica, cellulose, polyamide, polyamide-cellulose 80:20 with chloroform - methanol - 15N NH3 65:25:4 or butanol - acetic acid - water 63:10:27. Visualization under UV.
Phytochemistry 28, 399-405 (1989). TLC of neutral lipids on silica with petrol ether (60-80°C) - butanol - acetone 40:10:1 at 4°C, chloroform - methanol - acetone - water 170:30:20:7 at 25°C for polar lipids. 2D-TLC at room temperature using chloroform - methanol - 28% NH3 65:36:7 in the first dimension and acetone - benzene - water 90:30:7 in the second. Visualization by spraying with 0.2% methanolic 8-anilino-1-naphthalene sulfonic acid, under UV or by exposing to iodine vapor.
