Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. (Sepu) 22 (3), 296-297 (2004). TLC of rhodojaponin III on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 9:1. Detection by spraying with 10 % H2SO4 in ethanol and heating. Identification by comparison with the standard. Quantification by densitometry at 550 nm. Validation of the method by investigating its linearity range (0.1-4.0 µg/spot, r=0.997), precision (RSD=1.30-3.34 %, n=8), and recovery (95.4-101.5 %, RSD=1.97 %, n=5).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 19, 454-462 (2006). HPTLC of enrofloxazine, norfloxazine, oxytetracycline, trimethoprim, sulfamethazine, sulfadiazine, and penicillin G/procaine on cyano phase with 0.05 M oxalic acid - methanol 81:19. Evaluation under UV light at 254 and 366 nm. Quantitative determination of TMP by absorbance measurement at 254 nm, and fluorescence measurement at 366 nm for the other compounds. The SPE-TLC determination was validated for linearity, precision, quantification, and detection limit.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 77-82 (2009). Detection of carbamates (carbaryl, propoxur, and carbosulfan) on silica gel activated at 110 °C for 5 min in the oven. After application the pesticide solutions were hydrolyzed by addition of 2 µL of 2 M sodium hydroxide solution. After 5 min, 5 µL diazotized p-aminoacetanilid was applied onto the spots to form the colored derivatives - red, yellow, and yellow-orange for carbaryl, propoxur, and carbosulfan, respectively. The plates were then placed horizontally in an oven at 110 °C and the colored derivatives migrated as concentric rings under the influence of the temperature gradient.
Anal. Chim. Acta 688 (2), 168-174 (2011). Demonstration of the separation and detection capability of micro-TLC technique involving simple one step liquid extraction of complex materials without need for multi-step sample preparation. Isolation of the target components (cyanobacteria pigments, lipids and fullerenes) from complex matrices including spirulina dried cells, birds’ feathers and fatty oils as well as soot samples derived from biomass fuel and fossils-fired home heating systems. The isocratic separation protocol required less than 1 mL of one component or binary mobile phases. Development was achieved within 5-8 min. Detection by exposure to iodine vapors or by spraying with phosphomolybdic acid reagent.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Tech. 38, 381-389 (2015). Review of the materials, techniques and instruments for the detection and quantification of radiolabeled compounds by planar radiochromatography. Special reference is made to sample preparation, stationary phases (including instant TLCD sheets), initial zone application, mobile phases, stationary phase development, and zone detection and quantification.
Planta Med. 82(18), 1584-1590 (2016). The fractionation (on RP-18 by MPLC), after partition with butanol – water, of a methanol extract of the subterranean parts of Allium fistulosum was monitored through TLC on silica gel with n-butanol – acetic acid – water 12:3:5. Furostanol saponins (including fistulosaponins G-J and ascalonicoside A) were detected with cerium sulphate (in sulfuric acid, 1 M) reagent._x000D_

J. Liquid Chromatogr. 8, 1299-1317 (1985). Separation of citric acid, trichloroacetic acid, indole-3- acetic acid, -naphthaleneacetic and -naphthoxyacetic acid on impregnated calcium sulfate plates with ethyl acetate as eluent. Detection with 1 % ethanolic alkaline bromophenol blue solution.
J.A.O.A.C. 67, 611-612 (1984). TLC of aflatoxin B1 and ochratoxin A on silica with a) benzene - hexane 3:1, b) toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 60:30:15. Detection under UV at 375 nm. Quantification by spectrophotometry. Detection limits 5-7 mg/kg for aflatoxin B1 and 20 mg/kg for ochratoxin A.
