The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

TLC separation of aldicarb, bavistin, carbofuran, dimecron and oxamyl on soil coated plates (particle size100 mesh) using water (pH 7) and water of pH 4 (adjusted with 0.1 N HCI) and pH 10 (adjusted with 0.1 N NaOH). Detection of aldicarb, bavistin, carbofuran, oxamyl by spraying with 5 % methanolic KOH followed by 0.1 % p-nitrobenzenediazonium tetrafluoroborate. Detection of dimecron with 0.5 % brilliant green in acetone.

Identification via comparison with standards and by electron impact and chemical ionization mass spectroscopy.

TLC of 3-O- (a-L-rhamno-pyranosyl(1,2)-ß-D-galactopyranosyl(1,2)-ß-D-glucuronopyranosyl)olean-12-en- 21ß, 22ß-24-triol on silica (normal phase) with n-butanol - ethanol - NH3 7:2:5, and on silica, impregnated with oxalic acid, with chloroform - methanol - water 65:35:10 lower phase, and on RP-18 silica with methanol - water 3:2.
Journal of Natural Products 51, 129-135 (1988). TLC of indole-3-carboxaldehyde and indole-3-acetonitrile on silica with dichloromethane and with dichloromethane - methanol 95:5 and 90:10. Color reaction after spraying with Ehrlich’s reagent.
Acta Chimica 124, 485-489 (1987). TLC of chromonoid compounds and their degradation products on silica with benzene - ethanol 9:1. Detection under UV 254 and 366 nm. Also spraying with 1% FeCl3x6H2O in 80% aq. ethanol solution, concentrated sulfuric acid. Detection limit 0.1-0.8 µg/mL.
