The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Phytochemistry 28, 67-69 (1989). TLC of oleuropein, dimethyloleuropein and elenolic acid glucoside on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - water 200:33:27. Visualization by spraying with p-toluene sulfonic acid (1%) and vanillin (2%) in ethanol.
Phytochemistry 28, 339-340 (1989). TLC of (-)-9,10-dihydro-jasmonic acid, 3,7,-didehydrojasmonic acid and (+)-6-epi-7-iso-cucurbic acid on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate - acetone 60:40:1 and chloroform - methanol - water 140:20:1. Detection with anisaldehyde reagent and heating for 5-10 min. at 120°C under UV 254 nm.
Phytochemistry 28, 1177-1180 (1989). TLC of nimbonone and nimbonolone on silica with chloroform - methanol 97:3 and hexane - ethyl acetate 9:1.
Phytochemistry 28, 3211-3215 (1989). TLC of alkaloids on aluminium oxide with chloroform - ethanol 1:1 or butanol - ethanol 95:1 on silica with chloroform - butylamine 9:1 or chloroform - acetone - NH3 50:50:1. Identification by comparison with authentic alkaloids.
Növényvédelem 25, 49-53 (1989). TLC of cholinesterase-inhibiting pesticides on silica with various solvent- systems. Detection by spraying with pig liver powder suspension, incubation and spraying with 1-naphthyl acetate (1% in hexane) and fast blue salt B (0.06% in water).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 276-281 (1989). HPTLC of organotin compounds on silica with isobutyl methyl ketone - THF - dioxane - hexane - acetic acid 16:2:2:2:1. Postchromatographic derivatization after decomposition by UV light with pyrocatechol violet, morine, and 3-hydroxyflavone. Special recommendation of mobile phases for separation of mono- and disubstituted as well as for tri- and tetrasubstituted compounds.
J. Chromatogr. 509, 263-269 (1990). Two dimensional TLC of residual amounts of some insecticides, acaricides and fungicides in fresh and processed fruits on silica with cyclohexane – acetone 10:1 for the 1st direction and petrol ether – benzene – ethanol 65:30:5 for the second. Detection under UV 254 nm and 366 nm, and by spraying with 0.1% solution of bromophenol blue.
Phytochemistry 30, 1405-1408 (1991). TLC of non-acidic indoles on silica with hexane - MEK - 3:7 or benzene - ethyl acetate 9:1. Separation of acidic indoles on cellulose with isopropanol - NH3 - water 10:1:1 or butanol - acetic acid - water 12:3:5. Detection with p-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde (DMAC) in ethanolic acid.
