Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Phytochemistry 28, 477-481 (1989). TLC of putrescine, spermidine, cinnamoylputrescine, p-coumaroylputrescine, caffeoylputrescine, feruloylputrescine, sinapoylputrescine, caffeoylcadaverine, caffeoylagmatine, p-coumaroylspermidine, caffeoylspermidine, feruloylspermidine on cellulose with butanol - ethanol - water 5:2:3.
Chromatographia 27, 76-70 (1989). Examination of the ability of bonded phases, C2, C8, C18, CH and PH to extract aflatoxins from aqueous methanol extracts of maize. Quantification of aflatoxins by TLC after elution from the cartridge by chloroform. The examination revealed the pH bonded phase was the most efficient. Additional clean-up by bi-directional HPTLC was required low levels of aflatoxins in maize.
J. Chromatogr. 463, 429-440 (1989). TLC on silica with isopropanol - chloroform - dichloromethane - hexane 8:8:6:79. Detection by charring with 30% sulfuric acid. Quantification of underivatized chromatogram by densitometry at 200 nm.
Chromatographia 29, 177-181 (1990). Evaluation of a modified phenyl non-polar bonded-phase clean-up procedure for bi-directional HPTLC. Separation of aflatoxins in aqueous acetone extracts of maize on silica. Evaluation of the accuracy and precision of the method for a range of aflatoxin concentrations between 3.4 and 901 µg/kg, CV = 1.7-10.8%, with mean recoveries of 92-99%. Discussion of the systematic errors and the detection limits. Comparison of the method with CB and Romer ones.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 39, 588-593 (1991). TLC of carbofuran and metabolites on silica with petrol ether - chloroform - ethanol 2:2:1. Detection after autoradiography by liquid scintillation.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 19, 249-252 (1991). TLC of cholesterol, stigmasterol, ß-sitosterol, D5-avenasterol, D7-stigmasterol and brassicasterol on silica with chloroform - ethanol 50:1.
Herba Hungarica 30, 117-129 (1991). TLC of depside and essential oil components on silica with chloroform – ethyl acetate – formic acid 6:4:4. Detection by spraying with Naturstoff reagent, under UV, or by spraying with 5% methanolic FeCl3. TLC of essential oil components on silica with benzene ethyl acetate 95:5. Visualization by spraying with vanillin – sulfuric acid reagent.
