Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 154-157 (1991). Description of documentation of chromatograms by photography under UV light or daylight with color negative prints or transparencies including archiving the films.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 28, 472-475 (2015). HPTLC of 17α-ethinylestradiol (extracted from water samples using a monolithic stir-bar) on RP-18 with methanol - acetonitrile - water 2:2:1. Detection by heating at 110 °C for 10 min followed by dipping into a mixture of sulfuric acid 98 % in water 1:49 for 1 s. After dipping the plate was heated again to 110 °C for 10 min. The hRF value for 17α-ethinylestradiol was 51.
Anal. Chim. Acta 236, 83-97 (1990). Summary of the state of art of various preparative planar liquid chromatographic methods for off-line and on-line sample application. Discussion of sample purification possibilities for PLC techniques. Suggestions in form of flow charts for purification and isolation strategies using forced-flow planar chromatographic techniques, such as OPLC, etc.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 23, 426-433 (2010). Mobile phases without addition of buffer salts could be successfully used in planar electrochromatography with a new type of RP-18 sintered plate, prepared from a 1:4 mixture of silica gel for TLC and powdered glass which was suspended in a solution of 0.3 % CMC-Na. The sintering step was the same as already described in J. Planar Chromatogr. 19, 313-318 (2006) except for the temperature which was 651 °C. A suitable degree of bonding of C18 was from 0.03 to 0.06, and good end-capping was achieved by placing the bonded sintered plates in a solution of dimethyldichlorosilane in toluene (ratio 1:100 to 1:1000) at room temperature for 20 min.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 29, 108-112 (2016). HPTLC of water-soluble vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, and B12), amino acids and β-blocker enantiomers (carvedilol, (S)-(−)-propranolol hydrochloride, (±)-propranolol hydrochloride, and (±)-sotalol hydrochloride) on novel core–shell polymers consisting of hyperbranched (poly(ethyleneimine)) core surrounded by oligosaccharide shell (PEI-OS) as a component of the silica gel phase. The influence of the weight of the hyperbranched PEI core (5 and 25 kDa) was investigated. β-blocker enantiomers were separated using acetonitrile - methanol 7:3. PEI-maltose and PEI-lactose were the most effective polymers for the chiral separation of β-blockers.
Naturwissenschaften 72, 149 (1985). TLC of racemates on chiral modified RP-silica with a) methanol - water - acetonitrile 5:5:20, b) methanol - water - acetonitrile 5:5:3. Detection by spraying with 0.1 % ninhydrin reagent.
J. Liquid Chrom. 8, 1327-1346 (1985). TLC separation of aldicarb, bavistin, carbofuran, dimecron and oxamyl on soil coated plates (particle size100 mesh) using water (pH 7) and water of pH 4 (adjusted with 0.1 N HCI) and pH 10 (adjusted with 0.1 N NaOH). Detection of aldicarb, bavistin, carbofuran, oxamyl by spraying with 5 % methanolic KOH followed by 0.1 % p-nitrobenzenediazonium tetrafluoroborate. Detection of dimecron with 0.5 % brilliant green in acetone.
European Chromatography News 2, 18-21 (1988). Description of some of the many recent innovations like advances in TLC plates, sample application, development techniques and instrumentation for detection, quantification and identification. TLC is described as a sensitive instrumentalized quantitative analytical technique.
