Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. 514, 45-55 (1990). TLC of 18 benzodiazepine (BZD) derivatives on CN-, diol- and NH2-bonded silica with 8 adsorption (carbon tetrachloride – ethylacetate) and 5 reversed phase ( water – methanol) eluent systems. Discussion of the correlation between the RM values of BZD and ethyl acetate or methanol concentration in the eluent, which allows the calculation of the optimum eluent composition. Recommendation of NH2-bonded silica in adsorption mode for the best separation of the compounds.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 163-168 (1990). Investigation of the retention characteristics of two pyrolyzed and two chemically modified silicas in normal and reverse phase TLC using 2-nitro-4-cyanophenyl esters and triphenylmethane derivatives as solutes.
Anal. Biochem. 206, 168-171 (1992). Description of a rapid immunochromatographic method for the analysis of protein antigents, based on „sandwich“ assay format using monoclonal antibodies of two distinct specificities, one covalently immobilized to a defined detection zone on a porous membrane while other serve as a label. The sample is mixed with the coating, and the mixture is then passed along a porous membrane by capillary action past the antibodies in the detection zone, giving a blue color. Detection limit, below the nanomolar range for the antigen, human chlorionic gonadotropin.
Anal. Chem. 66, 3449-3457 (1994). Investigation of the feasibility of utilizing some of the hydrophobic ionenes in an analogous manner as the pseudophase in TLC. TLC of o-, m-, and p-aminobenzoic acids on polyamide with aqueous solution of [3,16]-ionene. Detection under UV 254 or 366 nm. Discussion of some other features of the title materials in analytical applications.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 466-469 (1996). TLC of cephalosporins (ceftriaxone, cefuroxime, cefotaxime, ceftazidime, cefadroxil, cefalexin) on an LDH anion exchanger mixed with silica gel as sorbent and 18 different mobile phases. Semiquantitative determination after elution with spectrophotometry. Conclusion: TLC on an mixture of layered double hydroxide and silica enables a better identification of all the cephalosporins presented in the paper. The method is easy to perform and can be applied in the pharmacy.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 12, 320-327 (1999). Examination of structure and homogeneity of silica gel layers impregnated with copper(II) sulfate by atomic-force microscopy (AFM), energy-dispersive spectrometry and densitometry. Model analysis of anilines, quinolines, and phenol derivatives; comparison of the effect of mobile phases used (dioxan, ethyl acetate, benzene, dichloromethane, and chloroform) on the retention on unmodified and modified sorbents.
Part I: TLC of metal complexes J. Planar Chromatogr. 15, 341-344 (2002). Study of the chromatographic behavior of 4 mixed tric(b-diketonato)-Co complexes, 3(b-ketoiminato)-Cu(II) complexes, 2 tris(alkylxanthato)-Co(III) complexes and 5 bis(alkylxanthato)-Ni(II) complexes on CN-plates with 15 mobile phases. The spots of individual complexes were visible owing to their natural colors.
Anal. Biochem. 231, 447-449 (1995). Description of a method and device for application of samples onto TLC sheets. Discussion of the advantages of the method. Use of the method for preparative TLC.
