Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Microchem. 32, 266-271 (1985). TLC of T-2 toxin, diacetoxyscirpenol, roridan A and vomitoxin on RP-18 silica with methanol - water - acetic acid plus 0.5 % NaCl 65:35:1 or on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - acetone 3:2:1. Detection by spraying with chromotropic acid or anisaldehyde. Quantitation by densitometry.
J.A.O.A.C. 71, 280-282 (1988). Comparison of 3 AOAC TLC methods for the determination of aflatoxins and the Romer quantitative method (J.A.O.A.C. 58, 500- 506, 1975) - TLC of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 on silica with chloroform - acetone 9:1 and ether - methanol - water 188:9:3. A statistical evaluation of the results indicates that the Romer quantitative method is more accurate and precise than the other TLC methods (CB, BF and cottonseed) for determination of aflatoxins in raisins.
J.A.O.A.C. 71, 949-953 (1988). Reversed-phase TLC on octadecyl-bonded silica with methanol - water 7:3. Detection under UV 366 nm. After scraping and elution LC with fluorescence detection. Also direct in-situ spectrofluorometry. Comparison with a standard packed column method.
J. AOAC Int. 73, 425-428 (1990). TLC of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 on silica according to AOAC 26.026-26.031 resp. AOAC 26.052-26.058. Quantification by TLC-fluorodensitometry 366/>420 nm.
Analyst 116, 265-267 (1991). TLC of anatoxin-a applied with 0.5 mol/dm NaHCO3 and 1% FBK solution on silica with toluene - methanol 9:1. Structure determination by spectroscopy MS and NMR. Detection limit 10 µg/g of lyophilized algal.
Elelmezesi Ipar 50, 303-307 (1996). TLC of patulin on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 5:4:1. Visualization under UV 254 nm.
J. AOAC Int. 82, 251-258 (1999). Mini-collaborative study of AOAC Official Method 971.22, Standard for Aflatoxins, TLC Method, to extend the method to 3 replacement solvents for benzene for calibration of standard aflatoxin solutions. As a result the a. m. method has been modified to extend its applicability to methanol, acetonitrile, and toluene - acetonitrile 9:1 as 3 replacement solvents for benzene used for the TLC determination of aflatoxins in food.
JAOAC Int. 84, 1809-1817 (2001). Short description of TLC methods for the determination of Alternaria toxins (alternariol, alternariol monomethyl ether, altertoxins I and II) like gradient HPTLC and one- and two-dimensional TLC in fruit and vegetable products and in a number of agricultural commodities. - 7 References.
