Detection by 1) spraying with aluminium chloride reagent, heating at 110 °C for 5 minutes or by 2) spraying with chromotropic acid reagent and heating at 110 °C for 5-15 minutes; subsequent visualization by UV 366 nm. Detection levels 50-100 ng per spot.
