Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. AOAC Int. 77, 628-630 (1994). HPTLC of deoxynivalenol on silica with chloroform - acetone - 2-propanol 8:1:1. Detection by spraying with aluminium chloride solution and heating at 120 °C for 7 min. Examination under long-wave UV-light; quantification by fluorodensitometry.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. (Sepu) 15, 328-330 (1997). TLC of ipomeamarone, ipomeamaronol, ipomeanine and 4-ipomeanol on silica with 1) hexane - ethyl acetate 4:1, 2) petrol ether - ethyl acetate 2:1, 3) benzene - methanol 9:1. Detection by spraying with Ehrlich's reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 527 nm. Detection limit 5 ng - 20 ng.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 13, 42-44 (2000). HPTLC of aflatoxin M1 on silica gel with chloroform - acetone - 2-propanol 17:2:1. Quantitation by densitometry in reflectance mode at 366 nm. Twofold enhancement of the sensitivity was achieved by immersing the chromatogram plate in a solution of paraffin oil in n-hexane.
CBS 87, 1-3 (2001). HPTLC of aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, patulin, deoxynivaleol, fumonisins, sterigmatocystin, cyclopiazonic acid, and altenuene on silica gel with varius mobile phases. Detection by spraying with aluminum chloride or 4-methoxybenzaldehyde. Quantitative determination by fluorescence or absorbance measurement at various wavelengths.
Anal. Chim. Acta 582(1), 75 - 82 (2007). TLC of moxifloxacin both as a bulk drug and from pharmaceutical formulation on silica gel with n-propanol - ethanol - 6M ammonia 4:1:2. Quantification by absorbance measurement at 298 nm. The hRf value of moxifloxacin was 58. Linearity was in the range of 100–800 ng/spot. LOD and LOQ were 3.9 and 11.8 ng/spot, respectively. In stability studies (acid and alkali hydrolysis, oxidation, dry heat, wet heat, photodegradation) degradation products were well resolved from the standard drug. The method was suitable to investigate the kinetics of the acidic and alkaline degradation processes at different temperatures.
HT-2 Toxin in verschimmelten pflanzlichen Nahrungsmitteln. (Quantitative determination of trichothecenes HT-2 toxin in moldy cereal grains and vegetable food.) Z. Lebensm. Unters. Forsch. 175, 169-172 (1982). Two-dimensional TLC of HT-2 toxin, T-2 toxin, acetyl-T-2 toxin on silica with 1) chloroform - methanol 85:15, 2) benzene - acetone 7:3. Detection by spraying with 25 % H2SO4 and heating for 10 minutes at 110 °C. Quantification by in situ fluorometry (excitation 365 nm; emission > 390 nm).
Part II. Proc. of the Sixth Int. Congress of Food Science and Technology, Dublin. Vol.3, 53-54 (1983). TLC of aflatoxins on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate - ethanol 30:19:1 and of ochratoxin and zearalenone on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - 90 % formic acid 30:15:5. Detection for aflatoxins by spraying with 50 % sulfuric acid in ethanol, and for ochratoxin and zearalenone by spraying with 20 % aluminum chloride in ethanol.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 32, 411-413 (1984). TLC of penitrem A, verruculogen, fumitremorgin A, fumitremorgin B, fumitremorgin C on silica with a) toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 5:4:1, b) chloroform - acetone 93:7. Detection by spraying with 50 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating and by UV 366 nm, and with 1 % p - dimethylamino-benzaldehyde in ethanol. Detection limit 50 ng (about 10 ppb).
