Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

Planta med. 68, 101-103 (2002). TLC of drummondol on silica gel with chloroform - acetone 3:1 or chloroform - methanol - water 30:20:3.
Chinese J. Chromatogr, (Sepu) 22 (1), 54-56 (2004). TLC of the leave extract or eluate (on silica gel column eluted with petroleum ether) on silica gel with benzene - acetone 4:1. Detection by iodine vapour. Identification by comparison with the standard and NMR. Quantitation by HPLC.
Asian Journal of Chemistry 23(1), 385-387 (2011). HPTLC on silica gel with chloroform - ethyl acetate containing 1 % acetic acid. Two well resolved zones with hRf values of 33 and 55 were obtained by illumination at 254 nm. The zones were labelled as substance I and II and used for standardization of the oil. Densitometric evaluation at 265 nm. The linearity range for both substances was 4-100 µg/band. The recovery was in the range of 97.4-98.7 %. Several commercially available tablets and capsules were analyzed for the content of Neem oil using substances I and II as marker (in the absence of chemical markers).

(Composition of the essential oil of the inflorescences of heterotheca inuloides cass.) TLC of cadaline, 7-hydroxy-3,4-dihydrocadaline, 4-methoxyisocadaline, caryophyllene-epoxide and calacorene on silica with petrol ether - ethyl acetate - toluene 80:15:15. J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 20, 6-8 (1989). TLC of coumarins and essential oils on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - chloroform 5:3:1 and petrol ether - ethyl acetate 85:15, respectively. Detection under UV 366 nm. or/and spraying with 1% vanillin in sulfuric acid. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 366/>400 nm for coumarins. The calibration curve was found linear over a range of 0. 47 - 2. 25 ng, CV = 1. 1% and recovery ~100%. Also GC method for essential oils.
