Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Planta Med. 70, 877-880 (2004). Preparative TLC of a new seco-abietane-type diterpenoid 13S-hydroxy-9-oxo-9,10-seco-abiet-8(14)-en-18,10alpha-olide, pinoresinol and reduction products on silica gel with n-hexane - ethyl acetate - methanol 25:25:1, chloroform - methanol 9:1, and 19:1. Detection under UV light at 254 nm.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 38, 1794-1801 (2015). 2D-TLC of eleven essential oils from nine Mentha species on silica gel with ethyl acetate - toluene 5:19 in the first direction and ethyl acetate - n-heptane 3:17 in the second direction. Detection by dipping into p-anisaldehyde reagent (0.5 mL p-anisaldehyde solution in 50 mL glacial acetic acid and 1 mL concentrated sulfuric acid) followed by heating at 105 °C for 10 min. Evaluation under 254 nm. The developed plates were immersed in a 0.2 % methanolic solution of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH radical reagent) and scanned after 30 min.
Spongian diterpenes from Hyatella intestinalis. J. of Natural Products 51, 293-297 (1988). TLC of 3ß,19-diacetoxyspongia-13(16),14-dien-2-one and 19-hydroxyspongia-13(16),14-dien-3-one on silica with ethyl acetate - hexane 1:5 or 1:10 acetone - hexane 1:1. Preparative TLC of 2a,19-dihydroxyspongia-13(16),14-dien-3-one on silica with benzene - ether 2:1.
part.) (Hungarian). Gyogyszereszet 33, 197-201 (1989). TLC of pinene, sclareol, farnesol, borneol, geraniol, linalool on silica with chloroform - dioxane 9:1, benzene - ethyl acetate 8:2 and benzene - dioxane - chloroform 45:10:45. Visualization under UV and by spraying with vanillin - sulfuric acid reagent.
J. AOAC Int. 78, 115-117 (1995). TLC of 1,8-cineole and essential oils on silica with petrol ether - chloroform 7:3. Detection by spraying i.a. with 4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde - sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 100 °C for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 670 nm.
J. Chromatogr. A 1459, 145-151 (2016). Presentation of a novel method for coupling TLC with ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) using laser desorption technique (LD). Sampling of the compounds (explosives like trinitrotoluene, 1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazacyclohexane, pentaerythritol tetranitrate, 2,4-dinitrotoluene and 3,4-dinitrotoluene; amino acids like alanine, proline and isoleucine, nicotine and diphenylamine mixtures) on the layer surface within less than 80 s after TLC separation by using the LD-IMS technique without the need of any further manipulation or preparation. The TLC plate was moved in desired directions by the motorized micro-positioning stage towards the right position of the fixed laser. TLC-LD-IMS offers an additional separation dimension, allowing separation of overlapping TLC analytes, and reveals possibility for fast and effective analysis of the mixtures due to the scan rate for LD being adjustable.
pulegioides and peppermint oil by thin-layer chromatography with densitometry. J. Liquid Chromatogr. 6, 1175-1182 (1983). TLC of pulegone on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate 5:2. Detection by spraying with acetic acid - sulfuric acid-anisaldehyde 100:2:1 and heating at 100 °C for 5 minutes.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 21, 105-106, 116 (1990). TLC of resibufogenin, muscone and borneol on silica with chloroform - acetone - cyclohexane 3:3:4. Detection by 5% phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at different wavelengths.
