Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Analyst 119, 415-416 (1994). TLC of carbaryl and the hydrolysis product of carbaryl, 1-naphthol, on silica with hexane - acetone 4:1 in a saturated chamber. Detection after drying by spraying with 10% sodium hydroxide solution, followed by freshly prepared 1% ammonium cerium(IV) nitrate reagent. A violet spot was observed; on spraying with 10% sodium nitrite solution the intensity of the colour increased. The sensitivity of the reagent is abt. 0.1 µg.
J. AOAC Int. 91, 1203-1209 (2008). HPTLC of atrazine, clofentezine, chlorfenvinphos, hexaflumuron, terbuthylazine, lenacyl, neburon, bitertanol, and metamitron on silica gel with ethyl acetate - n-heptane 1:4, 3:7, 2:3, or 7:3 in a horizontal chamber. Detection by scanning in the range of 200 to 600 nm with a TLC-DAD scanner.
IV., Amobility of the acidic compounds bromoxynil and pentachlorophenol. Biochemie und Physiologie der Pflanzen 182, 323-332 (1987). Radiochemicals and plant methanol extracts incubated for 2 h were examined by TLC on silica with chloroform - ether - acetic acid 40:9:1 (for bromoxynil) and chloroform - cyclohexane - acetic acid 9:9:2 (for pentachlorophenol). Radioscanning.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 326-330 (1990). Optimization of mobile phase composition for the separation of phenylurea and s-triazine herbicides on silica by means of the „ELUO“ method in which solvents are selected from an eluotropic series based on solvent power. The method is complementary to the „PRISMA“ method for optimizing the compositions of binary, ternary and quaternary mobile phases for OPLC, or even HPLC and HPTLC. TLC of 13 herbicides on silica with five different binary solvent systems.
2. Absorption, distribution, biotransformation, and excretion. J. Agric. Food Chem. 45, 501-506 (1997). One- and two-dimensional TLC of flumiclorac pentyl on silica with toluene - ethyl formate - formic acid 5:7:1, 1-butanol - acetic acid - water 6:1:1, acetonitrile - water 2:3, chloroform, and toluene - ether 5:1. Visualization under UV or by spraying with bromocresol purple or 2,6-dichlorophenol sodium salt. Determination of radioactive compounds by autoradiography.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 17, 186-191 (2004). TLC of sixteen new herbicides (7 2-(chlorophenoxy)acyl derivatives like e.g.methyl 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate, methyl 2-(2,4,5-trichlorophenoxy)propionate and 9 N-aryltrichloroacetamides like e.g. N-(4-chlorophenyl)trichloroacetamide, n-trichloroacetanilide, trichoroacetanilide) on RP-18 with aqueous buffer - methanol mixtures in saturated sandwich chambers. A Reprostar 3 video camera and Videostore software were used for visualization and evaluation of chromatograms.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 31, 2657-2672 (2008). TLC and HPTLC of thiuram on silica gel with methanol or dichloromethane in a saturated horizontal chamber for 15 min. Detection by spraying with improved and non-improved iodine-azide, iodine, and copper(II) reagents and by evaluation under UV 254 nm. For derivatization the developed plates were sprayed with freshly prepared mixtures of sodium azide and starch solution adjusted to pH 6.0 (5 mL of 10 % aqueous sodium azide solution and 12.5 mL of 2 % aqueous starch solution were mixed and adjusted to pH 6.0 with 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution; the solution was diluted to 25 mL with water) and exposed to iodine vapor for 5 s. Quantitative analysis by scanning with an office scanner (PC scanner) and after detection with improved iodine-azide reagent densitometric measurement at 483 nm. The hRf value of thiuram was 29. LOD were 3 and 0.5 pmol per spot using a iodine-azide detection system in TLC and HPTLC, respectively. Linearity was in the range of 2-8 pmol per spot; the correlation coefficient r was 0.9981. Results obtained by use of a PC scanner were comparable to measurements using a TLC densitometer.
