Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Detection by spraying with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and o-tolidine or by UV,. Sensitivity 2-5 ng.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 268-275 (1989). HPTLC of pesticides (triazines, phenoxycarboxylic acids, urea derivatives, aniline derivatives, phosphoric acid esters, chlorinated hydrocarbons) on NH2-, CN-, and DIOL-phases: Triazines on NH2 with chloroform - toluene 9:1; phenoxycarboxylic acids on DIOL with petrol ether (40-60°C) - acetone 85:15; urea derivatives on NH2 with chloroform - toluene 8:2; aniline derivatives on CN with hexane - toluene - acetone 70:25:5; phosphoric esters on NH2 with toluene - hexane 8:2. Detection by densitometry.
J. Chromatogr. 553, 489-496 (1991). AMD - HPTLC of trace amounts of pesticides on silica with a polarity gradient based on dichloromethane, and a second universal elution gradient with changed selectivity. Identification by multi-wavelength response. Correlation and the option of UV spectra. Quantification by densitometry.
Anal. Chem. 67, 620-630 (1995). HPTLC of 265 pesticides on silica using AMD with an universal gradient based on dichloromethane. Compilation of the data for migration distances, the UV spectra, and the instrumental detection limits. Confirmation of suspect positive ones by a second analysis applying special gradients optimized for the classes. The pesticides were concentrated by solid phase extraction of 1 L drinking water.
InCom-Sonderband 75-90 (1997). HPTLC of 32 pesticides and herbicides on (extra thin) silica gel layers using an universal gradient by means of an AMD-System. Detection by densitometry at 220 nm. On-line coupling of HPLC and HPTLC.
J. AOAC Int. 82, 561-574 (1999). Advances in the techniques and applications of thin-layer chromatography (TLC) for pesticide analysis published and/or abstracted in the period from mid-1996 through mid-1998 were covered in a separate review (J. Sherma, J. AOAC Int. 82, 48-53 (1999)). The 5 TLC studies reviewed were reported after that review was written.
Part V. J. Planar Chromatogr. 15, 164-168 (2002). Determination of the relationships between Rf values and mobile phase composition for twenty pesticides on e.g. silica gel with heptane and a polar modifier (ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, or dioxane). HPTLC of pesticides (aldrin, prometryn, bifenthrin, bitertanol, chloridazon, iso-chloridazon, desmedipham, diazinon, esfenvalerate, methidathion, metribuzin, dichlobenil, ethiofencarb, ethofumeste, phenmedipham, tri-allate, dichlofluanid, propiconazole, dazomet, metiokarb, metamidofos) on silica gel and on water wettable RP-18, also 2D-TLC on a TLC plate comprising coupled layers of octadecyl silica (reversed-phase) and plain silica gel (normal phase). 2D-TLC with ethyl acetate - n-heptane 1:4 for the first and methanol - water 3:2 for the second direction. Detection under UV 254 nm or by exposure to iodine vapor.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 28, 277-87 (2005). HPTLC of 16 pesticides (propaquizafop, quizalofop-P, triadimefon, tridimenol, fenoxycarb, quinoxyfen, cyromazine, oxyfluorfen, fluoroglycofen, acetochlor, metazachlor, piperonyl butoxide, furalaxyl, pyriproxifen, buprofezin, clofentezine) on silica gel and RP-18; two-dimensional separation on dual plates (3 cm zone of silica gel parallel to RP-18 layers) with 1.) ethyl acetate - diisopropyl ether 2.5:97.5 and 2.) acetonitrile - water 17:3; or methanol - water 4:1. Detection under UV 254 nm.
