Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 21, 199-200 (2008). TLC of monocrotophos (after alkaline hydrolysis) and other organophosphorus insecticides (malathion, parathion, fenthion, dimethoate, and phorate), organochlorine insecticides (endosulfan and HCH), carbamate insecticides (Baygon and carbaryl), synthetic pyrethroid insecticides (cypermethrin and deltamethrin) on silica gel with chloroform - acetone 7:3 in a saturated chamber. Detection by spraying first with 5 % sodium hydroxide then with 1 % vanillin reagent (1 % vanillin in acetone) followed by heating at 100 °C for 10 min. The detection limit for monocrotophos was 500 ng.
(Hungarian). (Determination of pesticide residues in foodstuffs. Determination on heptenophos in vegetable originated foodstuffs.) TLC on silica with cyclohexane - acetone - chloroform 70:25:5. Detection limit 1-2 ng heptenophos.
Analyst 112, 1765-1766 (1987). Description of spray reagent based on acidified iodate, liberating iodine which reacts to a blue color. Detection limit, 1 µg. No interferences from other organochloro insecticides or even carbamate insecticides etc. Discussion of the mechanism.
Proc. 9th Internat. Symp. Instr. Chromatogr., Interlaken, April 9.-11., 341-351 (1997). TLC and HPTLC of rodenticides and lipids for identification or characterization of feed source; HPTLC of rodenticides (ANTU, brodifacoum, bromadiolone, chlorophacinone, crimidine, coumachlor, coumatetralyle, difenacoum, pindone, pyranocoumarine, warfarin) on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate 7:3 and on RP-18 silica with methanol - water - acetic acid 75:25:0.6 and methanol - ammoniumacetic-triethylamine buffer 4:1. Quantification by densitometry at 310 nm (absorbance). TLC of lipids acc. to U. de la Vigne, D.E. Jänchen, Internat. Lab., 22-29 (1991).
Coefficient of variation 2.1-5.4 %.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 10, 220-222 (1997). TLC of carbamates (baygon, carbaryl, carbofuran) as described in J. Chromatogr. 457, 383-386 (1988) with hexane - acetone 4:1 in a presaturated TLC chamber. After drying the plate was sprayed with 5% sodium hydroxide solution, and heated at 100°C for approx. 5 min. After cooling the plate was again sprayed uniformly with freshly prepared zinc(II) hexacyanoferrate(III) reagent. Detection limits were 1.5 µg/spot for baygon, 1 µg/spot for carbaryl, and 2 µg/spot for carbofuran.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 33, 948-956 (2010). HPTLC of triazine herbicides (atraton, terbumelon, simazine, and terbutylazine) on silica gel with methyl-t-butyl ether - cyclohexane 1:1 in a vertical developing chamber without chamber saturation. Detection by derivatization using chlorine and starch-iodine. Quantitation with a CCD camera; the range of linearity covers two magnitudes (for atrazine from 10 ng to 1000 ng).
J. Planar. Chromatogr. 1, 252-254 (1988). TLC on BaSO4-CaSO4, impregnated with coconut oil. Detection by spraying with an ethanolic solution of bromophenol blue (0.1%). Quantification by spectrophotometry 520 nm after elution. Detection limit, 400 µg (!).
