Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Acta Alimentaria 16, 29-43 (1967). Twenty-one identified strains of fusarium sp. were examined for their ability to produce F-2 and T-2 toxin on sterilized, moistened rice and corn grains. The F-2 and T-2 toxin production was estimated by TLC and confirmed by GLC. TLC of F-2 toxin on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - chloroform 95:55:50 and chloroform - acetone 97:3; after development plates heated for 5 min. at 120 °C, detection of zearalenone by UV 366 and 254 nm. Detection of F-2 toxin by spraying with 1 % 4-methoxy - benzene - diazonium- fluoroborate and heating for 10 min at 110 °C. Sensitivity: 0.03 mg/spot. TLC of T-2 toxin on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - 90 % formic acid 6:3:1; spraying with 20 % sulfuric acid in 96 % ethanol and heating for 10 min at 110 °C, detection by UV at 366 nm. Sensitivity: 0.05 mg/spot.
J.Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 21, 107-108 (1990). TLC of organophosphorus pesticides on silica with ethyl acetate - hexane 3:2. Detection by EL method. Quantification by densitometry at 272 nm. Detection limits 8 ng.
J. Chromatogr. 704, 540-543 (1995). TLC of dichlorvos and dimethoate on silica gel with n-hexane - acetone - methanol 16:6:1 or with benzene - ethyl acetate - methanol 9:1:1. Selective and sensitive detection by spraying with 2% sodium hydroxide solution followed by 0.5% orcinol solution. Heating at 100°C for 10 min. Detection limit under UV 365 nm of 1 µg and 15 µg per spot for dichlorvos and dimethoate, respectively.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 20, 287-292 (2007). TLC of mancozeb, NaDDC, propineb, ziram, and zineb on cellulose or cellulose impregnated with heavy metal salts with mobile phases prepared from water, n-butyl acetate, isopropanol, and lauryl sulfate. Visualization with iodine vapor. Plates were also coated with cereal flour, and with mixtures of cellulose and cereal flour.
Pest. (Nongyao) 31, 31-32 (1992). TLC of mipcin (= o-cumenylmethylcarbamate) on silica with acetone – ethyl acetate 1:1. Detection by spraying with 1% potassium iodide – ethanol 5:2. Quantification by densitometry at 400 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 18, 28-33 (2005). HPTLC and TLC of four carbamate residues (pirimicarb, methomyl, carbofuran, carbaryl) in vegetables on silica gel (prewashed with chloroform - methanol 1:1 followed by drying at 110 °C for 30 min) with system I (two fold development with first toluene - acetone 4:1, and second dichloromethane - acetone 4:1), and system II (two fold development with first ethyl acetate - petroleum ether 3:2, and second chloroform - petroleum ether 9:1). Quantitative determination by densitometric scanning at 254 and 366 nm.

Qualitative and quantitative TLC method for determination of trifluralin and 17 analogues on silica with chloroform - ethanol 9:1, chloroform - acetic acid 5:1, dichloromethane - dioxane - ethanol 90:30:1. Detection by UV, radiochromatography for quantitative determination.
J. Agric. Food. Chem. 38, 1411-1717 (1990). TLC of 14C-radiolabeled substrates and metabolites on silica with benzene - ethanol 9:1 for terbutryn and hexane - isoamyl alcohol 8:2 for atrazine and simazine; quantification with a radio scanner; also 2D-TLC with hexane - isoamyl alcohol for both dimensions.
