Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Proc. Intern. Symposium on TLC with special Emphasis on OPLC, Szeged, 93, (1984). TLC and OPTLC of L-lysine, formaldehyde on silica with citrate buffer pH 6.1. Detection with ninhydrin and heating at 80 °C for 10 minutes. Densitometry.
Detection by observing under UV 254 nm. Elution with ethanol containing NH3. Measurement by fluorometry 330/510 nm. Comparison of the results with those obtained by automated amino acid analyzer.
J. Chromatogr. 365, 289-296 (1986). TLC of methylated lysine and arginine derivatives on various silicas with various aqueous salt solutions. Investigation of the influence of the origin of silica, impregnation and salt quality on chromatographic performance. The origin of the silica has a dominant influence on chromatographic performance, and the effect of impregnation and salt quality are of secondary importance.
Biochemie und Physiologie der Pflanzen 182, 67-72 (1987). TLC of tryptophane, tyrosine, norepinephrine, serotonine and 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Running time 2 h at 25°C. After drying, spraying with OPT (indoles) or with 1-nitrose-2-naphthol. After 12 h examination under UV.
Plant Science 55, 21-25 (1988). Two-dimensional TLC of methionine and lipids on silica with acetone - benzene - methanol - water 8:3:2:1 for the first development and chloroform - acetone - methanol - acetic acid - water 10:4:2:3:1 for the second. Autoradiography.
Synthesis of transition-state analogue inhibitors containing phosphorus acid derivatives at the scissile bond. J. of Medicinal Chemistry 32, 1652-1661 (1989). TLC of histidine, arginine and amino phosphorus derivatives on silica with 13 solvent mixtures. Visualization with chlorine - starch KI reagent for NH3, Pauly’s spray for His, Sakaguchi spray for Arg, Phospray for P.
Jap. J. Med. Res. (Iyakuhin Kenhyu) 20, 714-717 (1989). TLC of L-tryptophan, L-phenylalanine, L-leucine, etc. on silica with butanol - water - acetic acid 5:2:1, butanol - methanol - MEK - NH3 - water 5:3:1:1, or MEK - pyridine - water - acetic acid 70:20:20:2.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 535-536 (1990). TLC of 22 amino acids on silica with propanol - water 7:3. Staining procedure: After chromatography plates sprayed with an acid in ethanol and, after intermediate drying, sprayed with 0.25 % ninhydrin in acetone; then plate heated 15 min at 110 °C. Investigated: sulfuric, phosphoric, hydrochloric and acetic acid. Best results obtained with 1 N orthophosphoric acid - ethanol 1:3 (sensitivity and color differentiation).
