The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC of ß-amyrin stearate, ß-amyrin eicosanoate, ß-amyrin docosanoate, and erythrodiol fatty acid esters on silica gel with n-hexane - dichloromethane 4:1, and dichloromethane - methanol 19:1. Visualization under UV light at 254 and 366 nm and by spraying with 1 % vanillin - 5 % sulfuric acid reagent followed by heating at 100 °C. Also TLC of xylose and glucose with i-propanol - water 17:3 and detection with p-anisidine phthalic acid reagent.
Chromatographia 20, 193- 194 (1985). Semi-preparative TLC of essential oil of the title compound on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 95:5. Detection by spraying with 1 % anisaldehyde -2 % sulfuric acid in acetic acid and heating at 100 °C. The three main constituents, eudesmol, linalool and nerolidol identified by GC/MS.
Deutsche Apotheker Zeitung 129, 155-163 (1988). TLC of ether extract on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate 91:10 and 95:5. Detection under UV 254 nm and detection by spraying with anisaldehyde-sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 105°C for 7 min.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 22, 400-403 (1991). TLC of volatile oil on silica with petrol ether (60-90°C) - acetone - isopropanol - ethyl acetate 94:4:1:1. detection by spraying with 5% vanillin - ethanol 4:1. Also, other techniques.

TLC of eugenol, borneol, nopinon and myrtenol on silica with pentane - ether 3:1, dichloromethane - ethyl acetate 9:1. Detection under UV 366 nm, and by spraying with vanillin-sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 120 °C for 10 min.

TLC separation of citral and citronellal on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate 93:7. Detection by spraying with anisaldehyde reagent and heating at 110 °C - (10-15 min) and by UV 365 nm.
Chromatographia 35, 325-326 (1993). TLC on silica with 14 different solvent systems. Detection by spraying with concentrated sulfuric acid and heating at 100 °C for 1-2 min. discussion of the correlation of the colors of spots of guaianolides after spraying.
