Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Budapest Chromatography Symposium June 13, 1985. Preparative isolation of pure coumarins and furocoumarins by TLC on silica, including two-dimensional separation with 1) 3 % isopropyl ether in dichloromethane - heptane 7:3 and 2) 10 % isopropyl ether in dichloromethane -heptane 3:7.
Biochem. Systematic and Ecology 14, 603-613 (1986). TLC on silica of isoflavones with 11 % methanol in chloroform and of furanocoumarin (psoralen, angelicin) with dichloromethane. Detection by spraying with 10 % KOH in methanol. TLC of sesquiterpenoids with hexane - chloroform 3:2, detection by spraying with vanillin - sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 105 °C.
Phytochemistry 27, 171-177 (1988). Separation of complex mixtures of highly oxygenated flavonols by TLC on cellulose with t-butanol - acetic acid - water 3:1:1 or 15% aq. acetic acid. Detection with natural dye reagent A and under UV 254/366 nm. Rf values and colors of numerous flavonoids are given. Also column chromatography for the preparative separations.
Planta Med. 55, 127-132 (1989). TLC of lactones (eupatoriopicrin) on silica with chloroform - acetone 3:1. TLC of flavonoids and phenolic acids (rutoside, hyperroside, quercetin, caffeic and chlorogenic acid) on silica with ethyl acetate - acetone - formic acid - water 5:3:1:1. Detection with Neu’s reagent and under UV 365 nm. TLC of alcoholic acids (malic acid) on silica with toluene - ethyl formate - formic acid 5:4:1. Detection with Schwepp’s reagent and heating at 110°C.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 17, 835-838 (1989). TLC of flavonoid aglycones on polyamide with toluene - MEK - methanol 12:5:3. Visualization under UV before and after spraying with Naturstoff A reagent.
Phytochemistry 30, 3781-3784 (1991). TLC of various kaem-pherol glycosides, including novel apiosides, on silica with ethyl acetate - MEK - acetic acid - water 5:3:1:1; on RP-8 with methanol - water 7:3 and HPTLC on diol with ethyl acetate - toluene 1:1. Detection under UV and by spraying with 2-aminoethylborate/polyethyleneglycol reagent. The use of diol HPTLC plates appears highly suitable for the separation of closely related flavonol glycosides. Also column chromatography and low pressure liquid chromatography.
Phytochemical Analysis 3, 70-75 (1992). TLC on RP-18 silica with water - acetonitrile 8:2, water - methanol 3:7 or water - acetonitrile 7:3. Detection under UV 254 nm or by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in methanol, followed by 3% phosphomolybdic acid in methanol or with a 1% aq. solution of FeCl3. Isolation of various phenols by PTLC on silica with benzene - ether 95:5. Elution with chloroform. Also HPTLC of acetylated phenols on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate - methanol 4:4:2.
J. of Natural Products 57, 663-663 (1994). TLC of phaseollin, phaseollidin and phaseollidin isoflavan on silica with chloroform - ethanol 99:1. Detection under UV 254 nm and with vanillin-sulfuric acid reagent. Isolation of phaseollidin isoflavan from a reaction mixture by preparative centrifugal TLC on silica with chloroform - ethanol 98:2.
