For patulin: 90 % formic acid and UV 366 nm; for aflatoxins: UV 366 nm; for citrinin: AlCl3 solution and by UV 254 and 366 nm. Detection limits: 120-130 mg/kg patulin; 30-40 mg/kg citrinin; 2-2.8 mg/kg B1/G1; 2 mg/kg B2/G2.
