The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications

J. Chromatogr. 437, 221-229 (1988). TLC of the major components of amphotericin B on silica with HPLC-grade methanol. The separated compounds were visualized as contrasting areas under UV 365 nm during the evaporation process. Confirmation of the results by reversed-phase HPLC.
Acta Chimica 126, 81-97 (1989). TLC of 2-methylenecephalosporins on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 1:1 and benzene - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 7:3:1. Visualization under UV and by exposing to iodine vapor.

Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 64, 63-66 (1994). TLC of oxytetracycline on silica. Predevelopment with saturated aqueous disodium ethylenediamine-tetraacetate solution followed by development with chloroform - methanol - water 65:25:5. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 459-461 (1996). HPTLC of amikacin (6-O-(3-amino-3-deoxy-a-D-glucopyranosyl) 4-O-(6-amino-6-deoxy-a-D-glucopyranosyl)-1-N-[(2S)-4-amino-2-hydroxybutyryl]-2-deoxy-D-streptamine) on silica with methanol - 25% NH3 - chloroform 10:10:1. After drying derivatization by immersion into 0.5% ninhydrin in n-butanol for exactly 1 s. Quantification by densitometry at 498 nm. Limit of detection and limit of quantification were 200 ng and 800 ng, respectively. RSD 1.22-1.49%.
