Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 12, 76-79 (1999). Study of the chromatographic behavior of a series of tosylated xylitol derivatives on silica gel and on C8- and C18-modified silica gel layers with, respectively, binary nonaqueous and aqueous mobile phases. HPTLC on silica gel resp. RP-8- and RP-18 with 10 different mobile phases. Detection under UV 254 nm.
Planta med. 68, 74-76 (2002). TLC of monosaccharides (galactose, arabinose) as TMSi methyl glycosides on silica gel with butanol - pyridine - water 6:4:3. Detection by spraying with orcinol sulfuric acid.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 55, 7217-7223 (2007). HPTLC of sucralose in burfi, a milk-based confection, on amino phase with acetonitrile - water 4:1 in a horizontal chamber up to a migration distance of 70 mm. Detection by thermal in situ derivatization, drying the plate for at least 5 min, followed by heating at 190 °C for 20 min. Quantitative determination by fluorescence measurement at UV 366/>400 nm. The within-run precision of sucralose determination in the matrix was 4.2 % and the mean recovery rate was 88 %. The limit of detection was 6 ng/band for standard solutions and 1 mg/kg for milk-based matrix. It was demostrated that over 300 runs can be performed within a day of labor with cost-effective instrumentation.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 27, 449-453 (2014). HPTLC of the glycome of different species of Panax (P. ginseng, P. notoginseng, and P. quinquefolium). Monosaccharides were analyzed on cellulose phase with ethyl acetate - pyridine - acetic acid - water 35:15:1:7 for the first development and 35:15:1:9 for the second development. Detection by spraying with aniline-O-phthalic acid reagent (containing 1.6 g o-phthalic acid dissolved in 100 mL water-saturated n-butanol, containing 0.9 mL of aniline), followed by heating at 105 °C for 5 min. Oligosaccharides were analyzed on silica gel with n-butanol - isopropanol - acetic acid - water 7:5:1:2. Detection by spraying with diphenylamine–aniline–phosphoric acid solution (4 g diphenylamine mixed with 4 mL aniline and 20 mL 85% (v/v) phosphoric acid in 200 mL acetone), followed by heating at 105 °C for 5 min._x000D_
Lipids 17, 107-110 (1982). TLC of glycolipids (glucocerebromide, lactosyl ceramide, globotriosyl ceramide, gangliotriosyl ceramide, globoside I, asialo-GM1) on silica with chloroform methanol - 0.2 % aq. CaCl2 55:45:10. Detection with anthrone-sulfuric acid reagent.
Planta 175, 412-416 (1988). TLC of monosaccharides on cellulose with butan-1-ol - acetic acid - water 3:1:1, dried and redeveloped in the same dimension in ethyl acetate - pyridine - water 10:4:3. Spraying with aniline hydrogen phthalate, densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 51-54 (1993). Quantitative HPTLC of 11 sugars on silica impregnated by spraying with 0.1 M sodium bisulfite solution and - after drying in air for 10 min - with pH 4.8 citrate buffer. Development with acetonitrile - deionized water 85:15 (3 x). Detection by spraying with a-naphthol - sulfuric acid and heating for 5 min at 110 °C. Quantification of glucose and trehalose by densitometry in reflectance mode at 515 nm. A comparative study of a variety of chromatographic systems and detection reagents was made in order to determine the optimum conditions for the analysis.
