Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. AOAC Int. 92, 1153-1159 (2009). HPTLC of sucralose on amino phase with acetonitrile - water 4:1 in a horizontal or standard development chamber without chamber saturation. For detection the plate was heated at 190 °C for 20 min, either in a drying oven or on a temperature-controlled heating plate. Quantitative determination by absorbance and fluorescence measurement at 254 nm. The results of the interlaboratory comparison show good precision characteristics. The fluorescence measurements of the sucralose derivatives indicated better method performance, compared with absorbance measurements in the UV.
Innov. Food Sci. Emerg. Technol. 32, 127-135 (2015). HPTLC of prebiotic oligosaccharides produced in the orange juice on silica gel with acetonitrile - ethyl acetate - 1-propanol - water 17:4:10:18. Detection by spraying with 0.3 % 1-naphthyl ethylenediamine dihydrochloride in methanol with sulfuric acid 3 %, followed by heating at 120 °C for 10 min. The method was applied to determine the degree of polymerization. _x000D_
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 14, 307-310 (1986). Isolation and purification of iridoid glucosides, cornoside acetate and glucose. TLC on silica with dichloromethane - methanol - water 70:30:3 for iridoid glycosides and toluene- acetone 7:3 for cornoside acetate. Detection with vanillin 3 % and sulfuric acid 1 % in ethanol as spray reagent, followed by heating at 110 °C for 5 min. Separation of glucose with acetonitrile - CS2 - water 85:5:10, spray reagent thymol 1 % and sulfuric acid 3 % in ethanol.
Merck Spectrum (Darmstadt) 2, 60-61 (1988). TLC separation of sugars (rhamnose, xylose, arabinose, galactose) on silica with acetonitrile - water 85:15. Detection by spraying with naphtoresorcinol - sulfuric acid. Spray reagent: 0.2 g naphthalene-1,3-diol dissolved in 10 mL ethanol with some drops concentrated sulfuric acid added cautiously. For optimum color development followed by heating to 120°C.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 26, 189-190 (1995). TLC of D-mannitol on silica with (dioxan-isopentyl-acetate - isopropanol 5:15:5:2) - (isopropanol - ethyl acetate - water 54:7:8) - acetic acid 60:40:1. Detection by spraying with 0.015 mol/L potassium periodate in 0.12 mol/L HCl, and 0.5 % diphenylamine in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at 296 nm.
Sz. Nyiredy, A. Kakuk (eds.): Planar Chromatography 2000, Lillafüred, Hungary, 24-26 June 2000, Res. Inst. for Med. Plants, p. 89-95. : A quick, low-priced evaluation system, consisting of a flat bed scanner and a suitable software, is demonstrated. As example lactose in animal feed is determined on silica gel.
J. AOAC Int. 87, 707-717 (2004). TLC of oligosaccharides (produced on hydrolysis of high molecular weight fructan with endo-inulinase) with fructose, glucose, kestose, and kestotetraose with n-propanol - ethanol - water 7:1:2. The plates were developed once, and spots were visualized by spraying the plates with 5 % sulfuric acid in methanol, followed by heating at 120 °C for 5 min.
as a leading compound for quantification in raw material and finished product. J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 33, 996-1004 (2010). TLC of xylose with acetonitrile - water 9:1 with chamber saturation at ambient temperature. Detection by dipping into 4-aminobenzoic acid reagent for 1 to 2 s followed by heating at 110 °C for 10 min. The hRf of xylose was 56. Quantitative determination by densitometric evaluation at 366 nm. The linearity determination coefficient was r2 = 0.9999. The recovery of xylose was between 102 and 106 %. The precision of a six-time preparation was 1.6 %.
