Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. 685, 295-302 (1994). Determination of the retention of eight cyanophenyl herbicides on water-insoluble ß-cyclodextrin polymer beads (BCDP) with 1) water - methanol 3:7, 2) 0.1 M hydrochloric acid - methanol 3:7, 3) 0.1 M NaOH - methanol 3:7, 4) 1 M MgCl2 - methanol 3:7, 5) 1 M glycine - methanol 3:7. Detection by UV and visible spectra. Calculation of the effects of pH, salt concentration in the aqueous eluent systems and the various physicochemical parameters of herbicides on the herbicide-BCDP interaction by using principal component analysis.
Proc. Intern. Symp. on Planar Separations, Planar Chromatography 2001, pp. 401-409. TLC of 15 s-triazine derivatives on cellulose and on aminoplast-cellulose 9:1 layers with methanol - water - acetonitrile 30:20:x; x = 1-10. Detection under UV 254 nm. Retention constants, determined by extrapolation method, can be used as a measure of lipophilicity of s-triazines.
J. Chil. Chem. Soc. 48, 19-23 (2003). HPTLC validation of atrazine in aqueous extracts of soils on silica gel (layer thickness 100 µm) previously activated at 120 ºC for 30 min. The elution program applied to aqueous soil matrices started with 10 short isocratic runs (0.8 min) with acetonitrile – dichloromethane 30:70. Mixer was emptied after the tenth step and refilled to continue with 4 successive isocratic runs (2.5, 5.0, 7.5 and 25 min) with dichloromethane. The plate was dried for 1 min between each step and for 3 min after the last one. The plate was preconditioned with nitrogen for 15 s before each run. Quantitative determination by absorbance at 210 nm. Linearity is between 5 and 100 ng and recoveries ranging from 98.7 to 103.5 %. The detection limit is 1.5 ng and the quantification limit is 4.9 ng. Precision analysis shows an intra-assay variation between 1.48 and 5.47 %. The method can be applied to a broad range of soils including those with high organic matter content.
J.A.O.A.C. 69, 641-643 (1986). TLC of sulfathiazole residue on silica with pentanol - chloroform 9:1. Detection by spraying with fluorescamine. Quantification by densitometry using sulfaquinoxaline as internal standard. Detection limit 0.02 mg/kg. Calibration curve was found linear 0.05- 0.60 mg/kg; recovery 98 %; 50-60 samples per day can be done by a single analyst.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 844-847 (1998). TLC of monensin on silica gel with ethyl acetate - dichloromethane - NH3 34:6:1. Visualization by spraying with vanillin and heating at 120°C for 1-5 min. Positive results are confirmed by spraying with p-anisaldehyde and heating at 120°C for 1-5 min.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 23, 332-334 (2010). TLC of fenvalerate, cypermethrin, and deltamethrin (as standards and extracted from minced visceral tissue) on silica gel with petroleum ether - diethyl ether 9:1 in a previously saturated TLC chamber. Detection by spraying successively with 10 % sodium hydroxide and then with 0.2 % p-benzoquinone in dimethyl sulfoxide. The LOD were approximately 0.25, 0.5, and 0.25 µg/zone for cypermethin, fenvalerate, and deltamethrin, respectively. Organochloro, organophosphorus, carbamate insecticides and pyrethroid insecticides without a cyanide group do not interfere.
J. Chromatogr. 396, 399-403 (1987). TLC on silica with toluene. Detection by the yellow-orange color of the compounds. Detection limit 0.1 µg.
Chinese J. Chem. Anal. (Lihua Jianyan, Huaxue Fence) 26, 371, 372 (1990). TLC of 4-hydroxy-3-(1-tetrahydronaphthalenyl)-coumarin (a raticide) on silica with chloroform - methanol 99:1.
