Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS

Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.

The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

  • Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
  • Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
  • Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
  • Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications

Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

Thermodynamic approach to TLC with mixed mobile phase
      J. OSCIK, M. JARONIEC, I. MALINOWSKA

Determination of parameters characterizing TLC systems. J.Liquid Chromatogr. 6, 81-93 (1983). Discussion of an equation, derived in terms of the thermodynamic formulation of TLC with mixed mobile phase. The parameters of this equation, describing solute-solvent interactions in thermolabile phase and phase-exchange equilibrium between molecules of both solvents are determined by using its linear forms. These linear relationships have been examined by applying the TLC data for eight different binary mobile phases.

The application of topological indexes (It) for prediction of the RM values of isomeric alcohols
      A. PYKA, (Silesian Academy of Med., Fac. of Pharm., 4 Jagiellonska Str., PL-41200 Sosnowiec, Poland)

Part V. J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 41-49 (1994). TLC of aromatic alcohols on silica with carbon tetrachloride - ether - ethyl acetate 8:2:1, detection with a basic solution of thymol blue. Investigation of the correlation between RM, log P and the numerical values of the topological indices. By suitable transformations of the equations obtained it was possible to derive new correlation equations enabling the calculation of topological indices which could be used in the formulation of rules for the analytical identification of the compounds studied.
