Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 24, 281-289 (2011). TLC of tartrazine (E 102), quinoline yellow (E 104), azorubin (E 122), ponceau 4R (E 124), allura red AC (E129), patent blue V (E 131), and brilliant blue FCF (E133) on RP-18 or cyano phase with methanol - acetate or citric buffer containing diethylamine or octane-1-sulfonic acid sodium salt. Quantitative determination by densitometry in the range of 200-800 nm with a diode array scanner. The LOD and LOQ were 33, 54, 93, 119, 87, 31, 59 and 99, 164, 281, 362, 263, 95, 179 ng/zone for E 102, E 104, E 122, E 124, E 129, E 131, and E133, respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.9970, 0.9963, 0.9895, 0.9965, 0.9930, 0.9975, and 0.9920, respectively. The linearity was given in the range of 2.5-40 and 2.5-70 µg/mL.
Food Control. 72, 145-152 (2017). The paper discussed five important adulteration events that occured in Taiwan between 2011 and 2015, including a review of analytical methods developed by the Taiwnan Food and Drug Administration to investigate these incidents, including HPTLC methods for the detection of copper chlorophyll, Cu-pyropheophytin A, from slurry green dyes obtained from edible oils. _x000D_

Analysis of ink from ball point pens. J. Chromatogr. 355, 363-366 (1986). Description of a device and the technique of on-line extraction carried out in equilibrium sandwich chambers for TLC, exemplified by the analysis of organic inks on silica with acetone - methanol 1:1..
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 12, 919-935 (1989). Investigation of chromatographic behavior of some polar organic dyes and dye intermediates on thin layer of various forms of cationic and anionic exchange resins, indicating the great effect of the stationary ion and mobile ion of both types of exchangers on both level of tailing and Rf values of the adsorbed compounds.
A case study of 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole. Chemical weekly (India) August 23, 129-120 (1994). Process monitoring of the synthesis of 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole from carbazole-ethylcarbazole-nitrosoethylcarbazole-nitroethylcabazole by HPTLC on silica with heptane - toluene 8:2. Quantification of different fractions during reaction by densitometry at 270 nm. The reaction was monitored and terminated at suitable stage to minimize the formation of other by-products, improving the yield of final dye intermediate.
J. Liq. Chrom. & Rel. Technol. 24, 2849-2860 (2001). TLC of gardenia yellow, crocin, and crocetin on RP-18 with acetonitrile - tetrahydrofuran - 0.1 mol/L oxalic acid 7:8:7. Quantification by densitometry between 370-700 nm; depending on the substance.
J. of Chromatogr. A 1218 (50), 9111-9114 (2011). A short communication on the fractionation, separation and identification of spinochrome pigments from sea urchin (Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis) shells by TLC with off-line HPLC coupled to diode array detection and microTOF-Q mass spectrometry (HPLC–DAD–MS). Two fractions of pigments were obtained and separated by TLC, then eluted with methanol directly into the MS using the TLC-MS Interface. The HPLC-DAD-MS analysis of the fractions indicated the presence of six sea urchin pigments: spinochrome monomers B and D, three spinochrome dimers (anhydroethylidene-6,6'-bis(2,3,7-trihydroxynaphthazarin) and its isomer and ethylidene-6,6'-bis(2,3,7-trihydroxynaphthazarin)), and one pigment that was preliminary identified as a spinochrome dimer with the structural formula C22H16O16.
Acta Alimentaria 16, 339-350 (1987). TLC and HPTLC of carotene, neurosporin, lycopene, polycopene, violaxanthin, pheophytin, neoxanthin, cis-mutatoxanthin, lutein on silica with first hexane - benzene - acetone - acetic acid 80:10:5:5 and second hexane - benzene - acetone 90:8:2.
