The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC study on the structure of two polymorpha of the title compound on silica, development with benzene - ethanol 4:1, detection with iodine vapours.

TLC separation of thiol compounds (captopril, coenzyme A, cysteamine HCl, cysteine HCl, glutathione) after derivatization with ammonium 7-flurobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole-4-sulfonate (SBD-F) on HPTLC silica with isopropylether - methanol - water - acetic acid 9:8:2:1 as eluent in a twin trough chamber. Visualization under UV 366 nm, quantification by densitometry. Enhancement at signals by nitrogen- or helium-flushing.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 238-240 (1995). TLC of sulfadiazine, sulfadimidine, sulfadimetoxine, sulfaquinoxaline on silica with ethyl acetate - dichloromethane 4:1 after preconcentration with acetonitrile. Detection after drying by spraying with a 0.02 % solution of fluorescamine in acetone, and observation under UV 366 nm.
Tetrahedron 63, 2466-2471 (2007). Preparative TLC of two couples of cyclic bis(thiosulfinates) cis/trans stereoisomers derived from bis-disulfides on RP-18 phase by three successive migrations with hexane – ethyl acetate 2:3. Identification after alkaline cleavage of the two S(O)-S bonds followed by metalation with Ni (II).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 24, 145-149 (2011). HPTLC of ticlopidine in the bulk drug and dosage form on silica gel, prewashed with methanol, with toluene - methanol 49:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 240 nm. The hRf of ticlopidine was 60. Linearity was in the range 800-1500 ng/zone; the correlation coefficient was 0.999. LOD was 35 and 0.2 ng/band by peak height and peak area, respectively. Recovery was 98.5 % and 99.1 % by peak height and peak area, respectively. The inter-day and intra-day precision (%RSD, n = 3) was 0.9 % and 0.4 % via peak height and 0.6 % and 0.4 % via peak area.
Saturated heterocycles, 51. Synthesis of stereoisomeric 1,3- thiazines with condensed skeleton. Acta Chimica 118, 37-42 (1985). TLC of cis- and trans-4,5- tetramethylene-4,5- dihydro-6H-1,3-thiazines on silica with butanol - ether - acetic acid 1 0:10:1.
J. Chromatogr. 463, 229-233 (1989). TLC of sulfathiazole on silica with isopropanol - NH3 conc. 8:2. Detection by spraying with 1% sodium nitrite in 1M hydrochloric acid and 0.8% aq. ammonium sulfamate and 0.3% N-1-(naphthyl)ethylenediaminedihydrochloride in 1M hydrochloric acid. Quantification by densitometry. Also spectrometry.
Analyst 119, 2761-2764 (1994). Description of a novel approach for the screening of title compounds by using matrix solid phase dispersion, a microcolumn preconcentration and TLC detection on silica with ethyl acetate. Visualization by spraying with fluorescamine solution and under UV 366 nm. Detection limit 100 ppb. Presentation also of the results from the industrial evaluation of the complete method.
