Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 294-296 (1992). TLC of enantiomers of 12 Fmoc amino acids on RP-18 silica with 0.1 M acetate buffer solution containing 5% BSA and different concentrations of 2-propanol; detection under UV 366 nm.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 17, 1695-1707 (1994). TLC of 6-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl carbamate (AQC) derivatized amino acids, racemic drugs and dansyl amino acid on diphenyl-bonded silica. Macrocyclic antibiotic vancomycin used as a chiral mobile phase additive, with acetonitrile as the organic modifier, 0.6 M sodium chloride added to all mobile phases. Discussion of the influence of both the nature of the stationary phase and the composition of the mobile phase on the enantiomeric resolution. The best results were obtained with diphenyl stationary phases.
Screening 4, 17-26 (1995). TLC on cellulose treated with 2 mercaptoethanol (2-ME) for diagnosis of homocystinuria in the newborn period. Comparison of the method with conventional ones.
J. Chromatogr. A 742, 289-294 (1996). TLC on cellulose with mobile phases containing cyclodextrin a or b. Investigation of the influence of the mobile phase composition and the structure of the compounds on enantiomeric resolution.
Anal. Biochem. 269, 17-20 (1999). TLC of L-[14C] arginine and L-[14C] citrulline on silica gel with ammonium hydroxide - chloroform - methanol - water 4:1:9:2. Identification by autoradiography and quantification by radiometric scanning.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 16, 214-219 (2003). TLC of 15 2,4-dinitrophenylamino acids (i.a. DNP-glycine, -DL-2-aminobutyric acid, -a-alanine, -L-tyrosine, -L-valine, -DL-leucine, -L-iso-leucine, -DL-nor-leucine, -lysine) on silica gel using AMD2 with 5 mobile phases. Densitometry at 285 nm. Models of retention were used to predict RF values and the values calculated were compared with those obtained experimentally. The widths of spots were also predicted and compared with the actual widths.
Chromatography the State of the Art, Vol. II, Akademiai Kiado, Budapest 1985, 719-730. Determination of RM values by means of reversed-phase TLC. The linear correlation between the intercepts and slopes of TLC and HPLC straight lines could be used to check chromatographic data. TLC on silica with aq. sodium acetate- Veronal buffer 0.14 M, pH 7.0 with different quantities of methanol; always saturated with silicone. Staining with alkaline potassium permanganate and heating at 120 °C.
Acta Chimica 124, 595-601 (1987). HPTLC purification of the peptide on silica with ethyl acetate - n-butanol - acetic acid - water 1:1:1:1 or n-butanol - acetic acid - water 8:5:4. Detection by spraying with ninhydrin and chlorine-tetramethyl-diaminodiphenylmethane.
