Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chromatogr. 3, 148-201 (1985). (Chinese) (Simultaneous determination of diethyl-4-methyl-1,3- phenylene-dicarbamate and its intermediates by thin-layer chromatography.) TLC of diethyl-4-methyl-1,3-phenylene-dicarbamate, ethyl-2-methyl-5-nitrophenylcarbamate, ethyl-3-nitro-4-methylphenyl-carbamate and 2,4-dinitrotoluene on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - methanol 14:6:0.5. Quantification by densitometry.
(Propham in the germination inhibitor Tixit - Quantitative determination and validation of the procedure). Dünnschicht-Chromatographie InCom Sonderband 1996, 97-111. HPTLC of propham (phenylcarbamic acid 1-methylethyl ester) on silica with dichloromethane. Detection under UV. Quantification at 228 nm. Detection limit 20 - 30 ng propham; repeatability 2.54% resp 3.23%, reproducibility 6.78% resp 10.20%.
Detection by spraying with starch solution and exposing to iodine vapor. Detection limit 10 ng. Quantification by densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 425-429 (1996). TLC of sodium ethylenebisdithiocarbamate, ethylenethiourea, ethylenethiuram monosulfide, ethylenethiuram disulfide, and ethylenediamine on silica with ethanol (95%) or chloroform - butanol - methanol - water 200:10:2:1. Detection by exposure to (1) iodine vapor, (2) under UV 254 nm, (3) by spraying with 2% aqueous sodium nitroferricyanide, (4) Ehrlich's reagent, and (5) by spraying with a 0.05% solution of dithizone in carbon tetrachloride.
Coefficient of variation 2.1-5.4 %.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 10, 220-222 (1997). TLC of carbamates (baygon, carbaryl, carbofuran) as described in J. Chromatogr. 457, 383-386 (1988) with hexane - acetone 4:1 in a presaturated TLC chamber. After drying the plate was sprayed with 5% sodium hydroxide solution, and heated at 100°C for approx. 5 min. After cooling the plate was again sprayed uniformly with freshly prepared zinc(II) hexacyanoferrate(III) reagent. Detection limits were 1.5 µg/spot for baygon, 1 µg/spot for carbaryl, and 2 µg/spot for carbofuran.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 35, 138-144 (1987). TLC of vamidothion (0,0-dimethyl-S-(2-((1-(methyl carbamoyl)ethyl)thio)ethyl)phosphorothioate) and metabolites on silica in one- and two-dimensional mode with 7 solvent systems, e.g. acetonitrile - methanol 9:1, acetonitrile - water 85:15, dichloromethane - ethanol 9:1. Detection by UV 254 nm or spraying with either 0.5 % 2,6-dibromo-N-chloro-p-benzoquinoneimine in cyclohexane or 0.25 % palladium chloride in 0.2 N HCl. Radioscanning.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 90-93 (1998). Determination of the relationships between Rf values and mobile phase composition for eleven moderately polar pesticides in systems of the type silica + nonpolar or weakly polar diluent (heptane or chloroform) - polar modifier (ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, dioxane, or acetone). TLC of atrazine, chlorfenvinphos, methoxychlor, carbaryl, alachlor, bromopropylate, captan, dinoseb, diuron, fenchlorphos, fenitrothion on silica gel with e.g. ethyl acetate - heptane. Detection under UV at 254 nm or 365 nm or by exposure to iodine vapor. Useful information for isolation of the pesticides tested.
