Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-195, (2008). HPTLC of trandolapril on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate - methanol - formic acid 5:16:2:1. The hRf value of trandolapril was 51. Trandolapril was subjected to different stress conditions like acidic and alkaline hydrolysis, oxidation, dry heat, wet heat, neutral condition and photodegradation. The degradation products were well resolved from the pure drug. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 220 nm. Linearity was between 300-1800 ng/spot. The method was suitable for routine analysis of the drug in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 183-186 (2009). HPTLC of ethyl 8-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrothiazolo[3,2-a][1,3]diazepin-3-carboxylate (HIE-124) in plasma (with diazepam as internal standard) on silica gel with chloroform - ethyl acetate 4:1 with chamber saturation for 30 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 265 nm. The limit of detection and quantification was 20 µg/L (40 ng/band) and 40 µg/L (80 ng/band), respectively.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 207-210 (2009). HPTLC of dexibuprofen on silica gel (prewashed with methanol) in a twin trough chamber with hexane - ethyl acetate - glacial acetic acid 15:5:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 217 nm.
Abstract No. F-347, 61st IPC (2009). HPTLC of gatifloxacin and ornidazole on silica gel with dichloromethane - methanol - 25 % ammonia 95:10:3. The hRf value was 16 and 60 for gatifloxacin and ornidazole, respectively. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 302 nm. The method was linear in the range of 20-200 ng/band for gatifloxacin and 50-500 ng/band for ornidazole. Recovery was between 100.4 and 101.9 for both drugs.
Abstract No. F-259, 61st IPC (2009). HPTLC of ranolazine on silica gel with methanol - toluene 9:11 in a twin trough chamber with chamber saturation for 30 min. The hRf value was 64. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 271 nm. The method was linear in the range of 2-14 µg/band. Recovery was 98.3-101.4 %.
Abstract No. F-258, 61st IPC (2009). HPTLC of olmesartan medoximal and amlodipine besylate on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - toluene - acetic acid 80:10:1:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. The linearity range was 800-5000 ng/band for olmesartan and 200-1400 ng/band for amlodipine. Recovery was in the range of 98-102 % for both drugs.
Abstract No. F-267, 61st IPC (2009). HPTLC of camylofin dihydrochloride on silica gel with chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol - 25 % ammonia 50:30:20:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 215 nm. Linearity was in the range of 1.5-7.5 µg/band. The proposed method is suitable for routine quality control of bulk drug and tablets.
Indian Drugs 46(1), 78-81 (2009). HPTLC of atenolol and losartan potassium in tablets on silica gel with toluene - methanol - triethylamine 12:8:1 with chamber saturation for 45 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 230 nm. The hRf value of atenolol was 45 and of losartan potassium 67. The method was linear in the range of 1000-4000 ng/spot for both compounds. The recovery was 98.8-98.9 %.
