Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Herba Hungarica 30, 91-95 (1991). TLC of cyanidin, (+)-cathecin and (-)-epikatechin on silica with toluene – ethyl formate – formic acid 5:4:1 or butanol – water – acetic acid 4:5:1. Visualization by spraying with thymol – sulfuric acid reagent (0.5 g thymol dissolved in 95 mL abs. alcohol and 5 mL conc. sulfuric acid) and heating at 110 °C for 5 min.
Chromatographia 35, 430-434 (1993). TLC of flavonoids on cellulose, polyamide, and silica with different solvent systems. Detection by spraying with 1% methanolic NaOH solution, saturated methanolic H3BO3 solution, 1% methanolic sodium acetate solution, and 5% methanolic AlCl3 solution. Identification by measuring the spectra from 200 to 450 nm. Reasonable spectra can be obtained in-situ with as little as 100 ng sample.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 23, 79-87 (1995). TLC of caffeic acid, flavonoids, styrylpyrones on cellulose with phosphoric acid - water mixtures. Visualization by spraying with diphenyl boric acid - ethanol amine complex (1%) in methanol.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 23, 655-667 (1995). TLC of flavonoids on cellulose with butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5 and 15 % acetic acid, chloroform - acetic acid 1:1 saturated with water. Detection by daylight.
Phytochemical Analysis 8, 173-175 (1997). A comparative study of the chromatographic behavior of 20 different flavonoid glycosides on microcrystalline cellulose eluted with 1 M NaCl containing cyclodextrins of cyclodextrin polymers, 1 M NaCl containing succinylated cyclodextrins or with n-butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Detection by UV 254 nm. Separation of closely related flavonoid glycosides.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 26, 771-779 (1998). TLC of flavonols on microcrystalline cellulose and silica gel with ethyl acetate - formic acid - acetic acid - water 100:11:11:27, ethyl acetate - methanol -water 200:27:20, butanol - formic acid - water 4:1:5, acetic acid - water 3:16. Visualization by spraying with 1% diphenyl-boric acid-ethanol amine complex in methanol - 5% polyethylene glycol (PEG 4000) in ethanol 1:1. Detection under UV 365 nm.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 48, 979-981 (2000). TLC on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - water 3:1:1. Visualization under UV 254 and 360 nm and with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol followed by heating.
