The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Reversed-phase TLC on octadecyl- bonded silica with methanol - water 4:1. Detection under UV 254nm and by spraying with vanillin - sulfuric acid - ethanol 3:1. 5:1000.
Scientia Pharmaceutica 57, 63-67 (1989). TLC of 11,13-dehydro-melitensin- 8(4-hydroxymethylacrylate), onopordopicrin, saloni-tenolide-8-O-(4'-hydroxyisobutyrate) and cnicin with ethyl acetate (2 developments), chloroform - methanol 9:1 and methanol - ethyl acetate 2:8. Detection under UV.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 21, 267-270 (1993). TLC of acetylaguerin A (a new natural product), aguerin A, 11ßH-11,13-dihydrodeacylaguerin A, 11aH-11,13-dihydrodeacylaguerin A (not previously described), 11ßH-11,13-dihydrodeacylaguerin A (new as a natural product), deacylaguerin A, cynaropicrin, aguerin B; on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 7:3, 1:1 or 3:7. Visualization by spraying with sulfuric acid - acetone - water 4:80:16 and heating at 120 °C.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 22, 159-162 (1997). TLC of terpene lactones, ginkgolid A, B, C (GA, B, C) and bilobalide (BB) on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - acetone - methanol 50:25:25:3. Detection by exposure into ethanolic anhydride for 30 min and heating at 160°C for 30 min. Quantification by densitometry at 365 nm. Detection limit 0.25 µg, 0.5 µg, 0.5 µg, 0.5 µg, respectively. Comparison of the results with those obtained by HPLC. Recoveries 96.9 - 98.7%.
mairei ew tazettine-type alkaloids from Galanthus gracilis and Galanthus plicatus subsp. byzantinus. Planta med. 65, 356-359 (1999). Preparative TLC of (3E,7E)-2a,10b,13a,20-tetraacetoxy-5a-hydroxy-3,8-secotaxa-3,7,11-trien-2-9-one, (3E,7E)-2a,5a,10b,13a-tetraacetoxy-20-hydroxy-3,8-secotaxa-3,7,11-trien-9-one, and (3E,7E)-10b,13a-diacetoxy-2a,5a,20-trihydroxy-3,8-secotaxa-3,7,11-trien-9-one on silica gel with hexane - acetone, hexane - ethyl acetate, and chloroform - methanol. Also analytical TLC; detection under UV and by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid followed by heating.
Planta med. 68, 813-817 (2002). Analytical and preparative TLC of calcaratarin D and E on silica gel with n-hexane - ethyl acetate 23:2 and 43:7 by 2-fold development. Visualization under UV light at 254 nm and by spraying with 10 % molybdic acid reagent followed by heating.
CBS 87, 13-15 (2001). HPTLC of antioxidants on silica gel with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 49:1 containing 2 mg/mL butylated hydroxytoluene over a distance of 25 mm after preconditioning with solvent vapor for 5 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 442 nm.
