Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Exposure to pyridine for 20 min, followed by irradiation (6 min) by long-wave UV light. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 420 nm excitation and 550 nm emission. Detection limit 1 ng. Calibration curve was found linear from 2.5-30 ng. Recoveries 87.1-88.7 %.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 433-437 (1998). Examination of the behavior of some dihydroxybenzanilides, organic compounds with fungicidal properties, using RP-planar chromatography. The effect of organic modifier (methanol or acetone) concentration and stationary phase (RP-NH2 or RP-CN) properties on solute retention was investigated and the dependence of peak shape and symmetry on the mobile and stationary phase was analyzed. RP-CN phases are useful for the chromatographic separation of benzanilides chosen. Chromatography was performed at 20°C in a horizontal sandwich chamber saturated for 20 min. Densitometry at 325 nm.
5. Mittlg. Adsorptionsparameter potentieller Antimycotica des Pyrimidin-Typs und ihre Korrelation zur biologischen Wirkung. Parameters of adsorption chromatography, Part.5.: Adsorption parameters of potencial antimycotics of the pyrimidine type and their correlation with biological activity. Pharmazie 42, 513-516 (1987). TLC of 19 fungicide pyrimidine derivatives on aluminium oxide (without binder) with 48 solvent systems (benzene - methanol, benzene - ethanol and chloroform - ethanol). Detection with 0.1% KMnO4 solution acidified 10% sulfuric acid (9:1).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 450-456 (1998). Use of RP-TLC for the evaluation of the hydrophobicity and antimycotic activity of dihydroxythiobenzanilides, newly synthesized bioactive compounds with fungicidal properties. The retention behavior of the compounds has been examined with water-acetone or water-methanol. TLC of 19 dihydroxythiobenzanilides on RP-18 with different water-organic modifier systems as mobile phases. Detection by densitometry at 325 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 435, 210-218 (1988). TLC on silica, sprayed with spore suspension after application. Chromatography with chloroform - acetone 85:15. Detection limit, 10-30 ng. Evaluation by estimating the size of spots with no fungal growth.
J. Liq. Chrom. & Rel. Technol. 22, 29-40 (1999). TLC of 2-hydrazinothiazolic derivatives on RP-8 with methanol - water mixtures with methanol concentrations ranging from 90% to 75% in increments of 5% in normal chromatographic chambers, previously equilibrated for 30 min. Evaluation under UV 254 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 297-303 (1989). HPTLC of 10 fungicides (captafol, captan, cymoxanil, dichlofuanid, dithianon, folpet, iprodione, procymidone, vinclozolin, triadimefon) on prewashed silica (100 µm) with toluene - hexane - diisopropyl ether - ethyl acetate 667:20:8:5. Detection and quantitative determination by densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 13, 176-181 (2000). HPTLC of substituted 2,4-dihydroxythiobenzanilides on RP 18 with water - methanol, and mixtures of methanol - water - 10 mM acetate buffer (pH 4). After drying detection under UV 325 nm.
