Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 30, 216-218 (2017). HPTLC of monocrotophos on silica gel with n-hexane – acetone 4:1. Detection by spraying with freshly prepared sodium nitroprusside reagent (1 % sodium nitroprusside in 2 N sodium hydroxide). The hRF value for monocrotophos was 80.
Chinese J. Food & Ferm.Ind. 2, 47-52 (1987) (Shipin Yu Fajiao Gongye). TLC on cellulose with isopropanol - 13.5% trichloro acetic acid - 25% NH3 140:40:0.6. Detection by spraying with tin chloride reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 780 nm.
Talanta 41, 2127-2130 (1994). TLC on silica with chloroform - acetone 7:3. Detection by spraying with 20% sodium hydroxide solution and ice-cold diazotized sulphanilamide or sulphanilic acid reagents. Detection limit 1µg. Discussion of the interference with other insecticides.
Acta Chrom. 12, 201-210 (2002). TLC of important organophosphorus, organochlorine, and pyrethroid pesticides (dichlorvos, endosulfan, malathion, monocrotophos, parathion, phorate, phosphamidon, quinalphos, dimethoate, anilofos, chlorpyrifos, fenvalerate, methyl oxydemeton, and methyl parathion) on stannic oxide–silica gel G layers with a variety of mixed aqueous and organic mobile phases. Detection by treatment with iodine vapor. For quantification corresponding zones were removed from the plate and etracted with ethanol. Quantitative determination by spectrophotomety with the molybdenum blue method. Monocrotophos, dimethoate, and malathion in soil samples were analyzed to test the applicability of the simple method.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 31, 243-249 (2018). HPTLC of diazinon (1) and chlorpyrifos (2) in the leave extracts of lavender and rosemary on silica gel with petroleum ether – ethanol – glacial acetic acid 95:5:1 for (1) and 90:10:1 for (2). Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. The hRf values for (1) and (2) were 54 and 50, respectively. Linearity was in the range of 10-1600 ng/zone for (1) and 40-2000 ng/zone for (2). The intermediate precision was below 2 % (n=3). The LOD and LOQ were 3 and 10 ng/zone for (1) and 12 and 40 ng/zone for (2), respectively. Average recovery was 100.8 % for (1) and 99.9 % for (2).
J. Liquid Chrom. 10, 3637-3645 (1987). TLC separation of malathion, phorate, dimethoate and methylazinphas on silica, impregnated with 0.5% p-cresol, with n-hexane - xylene - ethyl acetate - acetone 100:3:10:16. Detection with iodine vapor.
J. AOAC Int. 79, 1009-1011 (1996). TLC of pesticides (bromophos, chlorpyrifos, diazinon, dimethoate, ethion, fenitrothion, fenthion, malathion, parathion-ethyl, parathion-methyl, phorate, pirimiphos-methyl, and quinalphos) on silica in a TLC chamber saturated with petrol ether (60-80 °C) - ether 17:3 with 2,2,4-trimethyl-pentane - acetone - chloroform 12: 5:1. Visualization after drying by spraying with the chromogenic reagent (0.3 g 4-amino-N,N-diethylaniline dihydrochloride in 20 mL ethanol), drying again and subsequently keeping for abt 5 s in a chamber containing bromine vapors. Detection limits between 0.05 and 0.50 µg. New simple and sensitive TLC method.
