Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 20, 279-281 (2007). HPTLC of alpha-amyrin on silica gel with dichloromethane - toluene 19:1 in a twin-trough chamber saturated for 5 min. Visualization by spraying with anisaldehyde reagent and heating for 10 min at 105 °C. Quantitation by densitometry at 586 nm.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress C-176, 267, (2007). HPTLC of tylophorine, kaempferol, alpha-amyrin, and quercetin in an alcoholic extract from Tylophora indica on silica gel with ethyl acetate - formic acid - glacial acetic acid - water 100:11:11:26. Densitometry at 366 nm. The method was found suitable for the estimation of quercetin in plant drugs and their formulations.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 21, 217-219 (2008). HPTLC of puerarin on silica gel, prewashed with methanol, with ethyl acetate - methanol - distilled water 8:1:1 in a twin-trough chamber saturated for 5 min. Quantitfication by densitometry at 366 nm.
J. AOAC Int. 91, 1145-1148 (2008). TLC of alpha-mangostin on silica gel with dichloromethane - methanol 24:1 in a saturated twin-trough chamber. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 320 nm.
Phytochem. Anal. 20, 154-158 (2009). TLC of the purgative constituents of rhubarb (sennoside A and sennoside B) on silica gel with 1-propanol - ethyl acetate - water - acetic acid 40:40:30:1. After drying detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid and heating. For the eastern blotting assay the developed TLC plate was dried and sprayed with isopropanol - methanol - water 1:4:16. Transfer by using a PVDF membrane sheet for further treatment.
J. Chromatogr. A 1216 (25), 5057-5060 (2009). Paper chromatography of gamma-aminobutyric acid. The method consists of application, separation and detection and is clean, rapid, inexpensive and reproducible compared to the routine paper chromatography. The derivatization procedure with ninhydrin reagent was optimized regarding reagent concentration, derivatization temperature and time and Cu2+ concentration. Quantification of gamma-aminobutyric acid by combination of with Vis spectrophotometry. The limit of detection was 0.05 mg/mL and the linear range was from 0.5 to 20.0 mg/mL. The determination coefficient was r2 = 0.998. The method was accurate (%RSD < 2.6 %), and recoveries were 102.7-103.9 %.
J. Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs 40 (8), 245-247 (2009). TLC of the TCM drug extracts on silica gel with 1) petroleum ether (90-120 °C) – toluene – formic acid 20:40:1; 2) chloroform – ethyl acetate – methanol – water – formic acid 3:10:2:2:2; 3) ethyl acetate – formic acid – water 12:2:3. Detection 1) by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid in ethanol followed by heating at 105 °C; 2) by exposure to iodine vapor; 3) under UV 254 nm.
