The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. Validation of the method by investigation of linearity (0.52 µg - 4.68 µg, r = 0.9992); precision (RSD = 2.20 %, n = 5); reproducibility of five time assay towards the same sample (RSD = 3.10 %); standard addition recovery (99.0 %, RSD = 0.26 %, n = 5). The results for three real life samples are given.

      Densitometric HPTLC quantification of 2-azaanthraquinone isolated from Mitracarpus scaber and antimicrobial activity against Dermatophilus

Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 310 nm. Calibration was linear in the range of 10-100 µg/mL. The method was repeatable and precise with RSD between 0.98 and 1.59 % intra-day and between 3.41 and 5.56 % inter-day. Limits of detection and quantification were 3 and 6 µg/mL.

Detection under UV light at 366 nm before and after spraying with 0.1 % diphenylboric acid 2-aminoethylester (natural products reagent) or 1 % aluminium chloride solution in ethanol.
