The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. Detection by spraying with 10 % H2SO4 in ethanol and heating at 105 ºC for 5-7 min. Identification by standard comparison. Quantification by densitometry at 530 nm. Validation of the procedure by investigation of its precision, specificity, repeatability, reproducibility, recovery, etc. Determination of the title compound in the extracts from five batches of the drug.
Chinese J. Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 26 (4), Appendix 2-5 (2004). TLC of Lidan capsule extracts on silica gel with 1) ethyl acetate - butanone - formic acid - water 5:3:1:1; 2) chloroform - methanol - water 30:10:1; 3) petroleum ether (60-90 ºC) - ethyl acetate - benzene 14:3:3; 4) n-hexane - chloroform - methanol 15:8:2. Detection 1) by spraying with 1 % FeCI3 in ethanol; 2) by spraying with a solution of P-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde - ethanol - H2SO4 1:100:10; 3) by spraying with 5 % vanillin - H2SO4 solution followed by heating; 4) by exposing to iodine vapor. Identification by fingerprint technique. Quantification of emodin and chrysophanol by HPLC.
Chinese J. Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 26 (6), 449-452 (2004). TLC of Qixuekang oral liquid extract on silica gel with 1) chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol - water 15:40:22:10; 2) chloroform - methanol - water 28:10:1. Detection 1) by spraying with 10 % H2SO4 in ethanol and heating; 2) under UV 365 nm. Identification by fingerprint techniques. Quantification of notoginsenoside R1 by HPLC with method validation.
Chinese J. Hosp. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yiyuan yaoxue Zazhi) 25 (1), 90-92 (2005). TLC on silica gel with chloroform - ethyl acetate - formic acid 2:2:1. Detection under UV light. Identification by fingerprint technique. Quantification by densitometry at 325 nm. Validation of the method by investigation of linearity (0.52 µg - 4.68 µg, r = 0.9992); precision (RSD = 2.20 %, n = 5); reproducibility of five time assay towards the same sample (RSD = 3.10 %); standard addition recovery (99.0 %, RSD = 0.26 %, n = 5). The results for three real life samples are given.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 18, 377-379 (2005). HPTLC of 2-azaanthraquinone from plant extracts on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate - methanol 40:9:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 310 nm. Calibration was linear in the range of 10-100 µg/mL. The method was repeatable and precise with RSD between 0.98 and 1.59 % intra-day and between 3.41 and 5.56 % inter-day. Limits of detection and quantification were 3 and 6 µg/mL.
Planta Med. 70, 834-840 (2004). Analytical and preparative TLC of flavonoids (lavandulifolioside, plantamajoside, acteoside, leucosceptoside, and martynoside) on silica gel, RP18, polyamide and cellulose. E. g. 2D-TLC on cellulose with n-butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5 in the first and acetic acid - water 15:85 in the second direction, preparatice TLC on polyamide with ethyl acetate - ethanol - water 20:3:2 (2 x), 50:3:10, and 25:3:3 (4 x). Detection under UV light at 366 nm before and after spraying with 0.1 % diphenylboric acid 2-aminoethylester (natural products reagent) or 1 % aluminium chloride solution in ethanol.
Planta Med. 71, 764-769 (2005). Preparative TLC of 9 known diterpenoids and shikokianin and rabdoternin A on silica gel by two-fold development with chloroform - methanol 30:1, and of rabdosichuanin and lasiokaurin with chloroform - acetone 6:1. Detection under UV light at 254 nm.
Planta Med. 70, 509-514 (2004). Analytical and preparative TLC of a new iridolactone (4R,5R,7S,8S,9S)-7-hydroxy-8-hxdroxymethyl-4-methyl perhydrocyclopenta[c]pyran-1-one) on silica gel and RP18 with acetonitrile - water 1:1. Detection by dipping in phosphomolybdic acid or vanillin - sulfuric acid reagent followed by heating at 110 °C for 5 min.
