The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. Detection by dipping in ninhydrin reagent (0.3 g ninhydrin in 100 mL n-butanol and 3 mL acetic acid) for 2 s, followed by heating at 110 °C for 5 min. Quantitative determination by densitometric evaluation of peak areas at 540 nm. Linearity within the range of 250-1500 ng/spot, correlation coefficient of 0.998 and RSD of 2.87 %; mean recovery 98.4 %.
