Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Pharmazie 62, 558-559 (2007). TLC of the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of an acetone/water extract (2,3-di-O-galloylarbutin) on silica gel with ethyl acetate - acetic acid - water 18:1:1. Visualization by spraying with natural products reagent, vanillin/hydrochloric acid or anisaldehyde/sulfuric acid reagent.
J. Sep. Sci. 30, 708-712 (2007). HPTLC of icariin in the aerial part of Epimedium koreanum Nakai on silica gel with ethyl acetate – glacial acetic acid – formic acid – water 10:1:1:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 270 nm. The LOD and LOQ for icariin were 66 and 215 ng/band, respectively. Results did not show statistical significance between HPLC and HPTLC.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical congress C-323, 302,(2007). TLC of flavonoids and sapogenins from different plant parts (leaves and petals) of Calendula officinialis on silica gel with ethyl acetate - formic acid - glacial acetic acid - water 100:11:11:20, and chloroform - glacial acetic acid - methanol - water 15:8:3:2.
J. Pharm. Biomed Anal. 46(2), 391-394 (2008). HPTLC of conessine silica gel aluminum plates with toluene - ethyl acetate - diethyl amine 13:5:2 in a twin trough chamber saturated with mobile phase at 25 °C. Detection by spraying with modified Dragendorff's reagent. Quantification by densitometry in absorbance mode at 520 nm. Linearity was between 1 and 10 µg/zone (r2 = 0.9998).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 20, 447-450 (2007). HPTLC of piperine on silica gel, prewashed with methanol, with hexane - acetone 13:7 in a twin-trough chamber with chamber saturation for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 340 nm in absorbance mode.
Pharmazie 62, 957-959 (2007). TLC of sugars (after acid hydrolysis) on silica gel or RP-18 after impregnation with 0.3 M sodium dihydrogen phosphate, with n-butanol - methanol - water 5:3:1. Detection by spraying with o-toluidine salicylate.
Phytochem. Anal. 19, 244-250 (2007). HPTLC of taraxerol in Clitoria ternatea on silica gel with hexane - ethyl acetate 4:1. Detection by spraying with anisaldehyde reagent. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 420 nm. The hRf value of taraxerol was 53 and selectivity regarding the matrix was given. Linearity was between 100 and 1200 ng of taraxerol. Recovery values were between 99.6 and 99.7 %. The limit of detection and quantification for taraxerol was 31 and 105 ng/spot, respectively.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-206, (2008). HPTLC of (-)hydroxy citric acid in fruits of Garcina Gummigutta on silica gel with n-propanol - water - acetic acid 50:50:1 in a twin-trough chamber saturated for 10 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 210 nm. The method was linear in the range of 100-1000 ng/spot. Recovery was 99.8-100.9 %.
